...happen to have breakfast first thing on a Sunday morning recently...standard IHOP dining room very clean and ready for the day. My hostess, Jamila, greeted me and we struck up a wonderful quick conversation. I mentioned what I was interested in for breakfast and she happily walked me through some different options, I was thinking just a quick breakfast but she made everything sound so good!...steaktips with mushrooms and onions, eggs over easy and hash browns with a side of buttermilk pancakes it was...all done to perfection...ate every bit! Jamila stopped by with a smile, just often enough to be sure I was all set...I was ready to enjoy my day!

I use to come here for quite some time and never had a bad visit, however, the service has declined drastically. Rude hostess who gave me a dirty look when I asked to be seated in a larger booth as the little ones make me feel claustrophobic. Rude server who acted like she was annoyed to take orders and was extremely frazzled even on a slow day! Don’t work in a customer serving industry if you dislike the public so much! No smile, no “thank you”, no checking how the food tasted or anything. I’ll be trying out a different location with my son from here on out.

We went there just before 7pm and they didn’t have any coffee, They said that they were going to close in about two hours and they were also cleaning everything so If you want coffee with your food don’t go there! Or maybe take your coffee from somewhere else 😉

Why they had the air conditioner on when it's 37 degrees out i have no clue, the server was rude, not friendly did not greet us within 30 secs , should have had drinks within two minutes this place was not busy, they served my cream for my coffee in a remakin (sorry for the spelling ) I'm not sure what's going on with this place but this is a multi million dollar establishment that needs attention. I will say it fairly clean but there were parts of the restaraunt like the walls that needed attention. This is my first time coming to an ihop in along time and as a former employee from the mall of americas ihop it was concerning . The host was an amazing though our server was not

Went in on Christmas eve and the server over charged me. Now they telling me it's nothing they can do better I paid cash. Plus left her a tip. Don't know if I will be going back to this local ever again.

01/11/25 Totally understaffed on a Saturday night. Got there at 8:00 p.m. and was able to order within a couple minutes. Food came out 30 minutes later. No coffee or milkshakes available.
Dietary restrictions: Impossible sausage was alright.
I mean, it's IHOP. One small step above Dennys and this one is always understaffed

I went with a group of seven, and we split the check. I used an e-gift card to pay for my part, but it didn’t cover the full amount, so I had to use my card too. When I got the total, it was way more than it should have been. When I asked about it, the host rudely said they used my gift card to pay for someone else’s tab at my table because “there was too much going on” and told me to figure it out with my friends. Then they walked away. It was poorly handled and the service was also very slow.

Spent like 70.00 on doordash on pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns did not receive any butter or syrup when i ordered extra syrup. So because of that we did not get to eat our pancakes, door dash and our ihop would not help me with it is will not go to ihop after this. This is not the first time with this location

It's been a hot minute since we tried to eat here due to last time service was extremely slow and food was cold when we received it! Tried again today with kids for lunch and when we walked in one lady had to ask about us getting seated and another lady who looked like a server seemed panicked and said "it's gonna be a minute we just sat someone and we will be overwhelmed." The restaurant was close to empty and can count on 1 hand how many tables had 1 or 2 people sat... I don't recommend going here! They seemed very understaffed. Needles to say we left right after we heard the waitress saying they were overwhelmed and didn't want to risk waiting forever to be served cold food.
