We look up family dinners through the summer where kids eat free! IHOP came up 4-10pm free for kids under 12…. Welp I guess this franchise Kids do NOT eat free with adult purchases here despite advertising so!! The waiter also messed up order that we still have to pay for, paid for sampler but only got 1 meat s we asked for the ham, and they charged us for the meat that was supposed to be included. It was freezing cold, and empty yet no syrup variety options, took forever for food to come out after waiting to be sat for 10 mins…. In an empty restaurant! If you want ihop please go to a different location this was not it.

The best part is their waiter, Marcus. I have had him 2 times now, and he is arguably the best waiter I have ever had anywhere anytime. The most polite and helpful waiter I have ever had. You guys would do good to keep him on staff.

We stopped in for breakfast before my flight becausewell, i usuallyLOVE IHOP. Never again! We waited a half our to be seated and then another hour for our food. When we finally got it, it was cold. The waitress was rude and short with us. We tried being patient, but there was only 5 other tables filled in the entire restaurant. We will never go back to this location!!

so me and my parents recently went to this location and they had ordered breakfast which they were satisfied with as I was with my main dish but I did not get my salad so I had it removed from my ticket since the waitress forgot to bring me it before the main dish. My parents and I also had quite a bit of time waiting for our drinks after our initial drinks were received for refills. I believe that this location was understaffed as the young individual working there seemed to be alone with The kitchen staff handling the entire dining room. other than that I had a generally good experience as did my parents.
