If you're hungry and don't want to stop shopping then this is a decent option. Though, they don't have a lot of tasty dietary options or backups. My kid likes their chicken strips and fries so that's a win! It's not outrageous for the pricing for the portion size. The workers seem overworked and need customer service courses.

We found a nice couch there, fun to be able to wander around and look at everything. We had them ship it to the new Progress Ridge pick up spot and that was very convenient.

The lines for the food were hella long, they were out of half the menu, could barely order my food without the employee walking away before I was finished, no bread or salad in stock, then it took forever for us to get seated because we had to wipe down our own table since every single one of the tables was a disgusting crummy and sticky mess. I tried to get water out of the fountain machine and it didn’t look clean so I dumped it out. The cups were also dirty. Everything was dirty. If you’re looking to spend $12 on what I can only describe as a middle school cafeteria dining experience complete with mediocre food, annoying loud children, poor service and a complete lack of cleanliness, come here!!!

My IKEA is the best! I visit IKEA frequently. I often go there with a list. But I really enjoy just window shopping too. I often get ideas on things I don’t even know I need.
Their restaurant is good but often understaffed. I enjoy their deals and free coffee.

Great food, haven't had food here in a while. However, the food tastes as good as the last time.

What happened? This place used to be solid for a budget meal but now it’s cold unseasoned food and a warm soda machine.

Used to be a good deal for decent food, now prices have gone up and quality way down. The veggies are ALWAYS terrible and never seasoned. Just flavorless mush. The soda fountain never seems to get the syrups refilled, always spitting out clear barely carbonated soda. So gross. Lately you don’t even get a real plate, all paper products. Desserts are dry and gross. Not going to bother stopping anymore.

The items were very dry and lacked freshness. Most products were out of stock, and even the salami I received from the very back was extremely dry. Not anymore like Ikea 8 years ago.

Wow!!! It's been a while since enjoying epic meatballs. IKEA has gone WAY downhill! Meatballs still ok, but potatoes and veg stone cold. All served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Staff seem completely miserable. Management cost-cutting has lead to a cheap and poor-grade experience. Shame.

Good place for a quick and no-fuss meal. IKEA members can get various discounts, depending on the day of the week. It can get busy, and since only one person mans the service line, it can be slow. But, in his defense, he is accurate and gets the orders correctly and efficiently.
That said, the regular Wednesday cashier, Syrene, is a tough one to work with. Her manner is impersonal and abrasive, and even when substitutions are made in kids' meals, she charges them as side orders. If this was how she was trained, then either the food counter needs to communicate better; or she needs to work on being more flexible. Our group goes weekly, and each week, she holds us up over our food.
If she has rules to follow, then that's understandable. So the only thing to work on, then, would be her attitude. Her inflexible condescension makes her a very unpleasant person to work with.
