I like their coconut shrimp, clam chowder, burgers, etc but People I LOVE their wings, I’m from El Salvador and these tastes just like Pollo Campero from my childhood!! Wow it was totally unexpected as the closest place I’ve tried it is in California, I would be here every weekend to close my eyes and imagine I’m a child again but they close from the last Sunday in September and open again first weekend in May. I have it on my calendar that we will be back in the spring. Just the ambiance of seating by the river is something else, you have to come see it for yourself.

Love , love, love, this place. Beautiful view Great food , great drinks they have happy hour M-F 3-6 ⭐️ great service. Went for the last closing day on Sunday. As they will reopen on May 6th 2026 for the new season. Highly recommend! Bring your sunglasses it’s an amazing time in the sun & shade 🌸

If you love an easy Jimmy Buffett feelin atmosphere that serves great food and has great waitstaff then This is a place to be. My favorite are the ahi seared tuna tacos with the mango salsa and the coconut shrimp with onion petals.... They have done something for everybody.

Really enjoyed the Island Cafe once we found it. It's a bit hidden. But we liked it so much we went 2 days in a row. Good salads, relaxing location. Recommended.

Great atmosphere! My mom and I had a wonderful time. While we were there, boats arrived at the dock to come eat lunch, it was neat to watch. Fish and chips and pulled pork sandwich was great! Shrimp ceviche appetizer was delicious!

Pretty great atmosphere and a good location. I don’t know if it was what we ordered? But I was not impressed at all with the food. The waitress recommended the corn shrimp appetizer and we did order it, they were covered so thick with breading that there was no taste other than hard crunchy deep fried breading. The fish and chips was also recommended and it was OK with not much flavor. Overall, mediocre with service that wasn’t very friendly. I hope others have better experiences than we did.

Arrive Saturday at 1:30 PM with a party of seven. They were very busy yet we only waited 30 min for a table and service was fast. Food was severed fast, was hot and delicious. We will be back!
This place is a great location, beautiful view and relaxing fun vibe. Tropic get at right in oortland. The food is solid nothing amazing but good. I wish there were my vegetarian options for the tacos and bowls. It's a lovely place to have dinner and enjoy the beautiful area. It is definitely worth the visit.

I wouldn't say this place is accessible, there is an extremely steep ramp to get into the boardwalk. I wish it was advertised or mentioned more. Everything else was nice.
