Worst customer service. Period! On duty manager completely ignored me standing at the counter. Would not make eye cantact. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before watching him hand over his drive theu headset and walk out the door to take his break in his car. Took at least another 7 or 8 minutes before another emplayee finally approached me to see what i needed (which was a grub hub order) and to make a purchase myself. If this is how other customers are being treated, youll be closing down this location very soon.

Employee at the window was rude, and put out when asked to fix one of my drinks. One of my, sandwiches didn't have sausage on it like it was supposed to. When I went in to get it fixed, the employee refused to fix it. And I wasn't offered any sauce for my breakfast burrito that I ordered.

Good morning, the only bad problem I had was with the young lady at the drive through. She wasn't seem to be very happy, didn't really understand English. It was frustrating and the food took longer than 8 minutes to 10 minutes. For me to receive do that, it all turned out. Food was good, but that young lady. Needs to smile more often. Thank you and that was thursday morning, the 27th. And she gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize it till I got where my destination was. So she needs to pay attention on what she's doing and smile more, that's all.

They close the drive through before midnight. English is not the first language but one lady was very accommodating and it's appreciated

They have a person in their female, who cannot speak English and she does not follow instruction very well. You damn near have to use sign language for her to understand what you’re saying. I ordered a large strawberry milkshake, and she gave me a cracked cup that was leaking all over me after I realized it was a crack up and I had to go back through the drive-through and wait because she didn’t give me a straw the first time.

That said, I do not blame this individual woman for not knowing what she doesn’t know, I blame management for putting her in that situation. This is a Night Shift situation so I would recommend that you guys do better.

I eat at Jack in the box in almost every city I travel to. I have never had a bad meal there, until today, at this location. The burger was aweful, had a weird taste as if the meat was old and cooked a while ago and just kept warm. The fries....I could only eat 2 of them before wanting to gag. They were cold, cooked in very old oil, and had a bad taste as if the potato itself was bad. To top it off, when I asked the manager about an item on their menu, he had no idea what was in the meal and on the burger. He had to ask a coworker.

I will never eat at this location again, and you should not either.

I come here a lot and got potato wedges they were soggy and not crispy there was sprinkle of cheddar cheese here and there and it wasnt the same as before. So I went inside and told the MANAGER what happened looked at me like I was crazy and said thats how it is suppose to come we did it right. I was like the wedges arent crispy and he said “because they are wedges”. Im sitting here like no shit they are suppose to be crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside like before these are greasy and not fried through. Then he says “we do two pumps of cheese and thats our portion, since I have taken over I controlled over portioning. Ive worked in that industry for 5 years and that doesnt mean missing an ingredient. It was missing cheese sauce and just had speckles of shredded cheese (suppose to have both). He finally got it remade it the other worker asked regular or spicy I clearly said regular and they gave me spicy still no cheese sauce. Just say you’re out. At least the potato wedges was CRISPY but you said it isnt cause it wedges huh? I know its just loaded wedges but his demeanor pissed me off and acted like I was dumb and I did not know the difference between regular fries and wedges and how it’s suppose to look. Im not the customer is always right kind of person i just wanted what i spend my money on. I should of taken a picture of it because it was missing bacon crumbles too but you “did everything right”

Take your money somewhere else! This place is horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not sure where to start, so the tables are dirty. The soda ma chine is gross, stained, dirty. The food is nasty especially when they handle money and then go make your food. No sanitation, might even call the health department on this place. Lastly, horrible employees with no customer service, they are rude and seem like they do not want to be there. Horrible horrible horrible .
