I only needed to wait around for a friend's appointment to end so I stopped by to use the restroom and get some fries. I've never been to a jack in the box and this was an extremely pleasant first impression. The gentleman at the counter was extremely kind and positive, I can't remember his name but he had some awesome visible tattoos on his neck. He took my order with a smile, the price of a large fry even pleasently surprised me. He allowed me to use the restroom and let me know I'm not required to order, I felt comfortable enough to eat at a table and sit around for the time being instead of my car. I didn't feel rushed at all. And a lot of the staff seemed pretty happy. the environment was very clean too. Thank you!

Waited for almost 30 minutes at the drive thru (4 cars in front of us), super slow service. They forgot items in the order, no napkins, no sauces, no receipt. Had to get back in line to fix it which took another 15-20minites. Waste of time, don't come here. Never had an experience like this at Jack in the Whack.

I came in for the first time and was greeted by the sweetest worker named Osbaldo he had incredible customer service and made me feel as if I was at his home. He deserves a huge shoutout as you don’t come across genuinely amazing and friendly people very often. Very Clean and inviting. I definitely recommend! Also the food was delicious.

I got the little tacos that come in a box with and without the sauce and it was fire (good). It was freshly hot just like I like it and the taste was so flavorful. I legit got full after eating it with a few fries. I will definitely return back to get it again. The customer service was great too, I asked the cashier about his hand tattoo and it was cool about answering my question and we had a few giggles while waiting on the food. I rarely eat at Jack in the box, but this item menu will have me back sooner than later lol

I always go to Jack in the box but the one located in NW Portland because they sell a good salad for the price, today I went to the location in NE 57th and Sandy and my salad is barely half way full. Salad doesn’t even have beans an corn and I always order the same one! I feel like I wasted my money. The guy who took my order was really nice, but for the amount/quality of food… not worth it.
Oswaldo was such a awesome guy, he gave us the best service on the start of our vacation. Always had a smile and a friendly attitude. You’re the man Oswaldo!!

DoorDashed from like 3 blocks away and they forgot my drink and the bacon on my bacon ultimate cheeseburger and when i tried calling as i couldn’t get a refund thru DoorDash they went to voicemail twice

Whatever you do DONT GET THE SMASH BURGER. Worst burger I think I’ve ever had in my life yall, it was like they gave me the pieces of burger you’d find at the edge of the grill burnt and swallowed by grease pit. Worst experience ever!!
