I was the only customer in the drive thru and there was no one in the store yet it took them 5 minutes to make my 1 sandwich and the cheese isn’t even melt and the meat is stiff. I’m sorry what??!!

Prices went up and they took away the chicken pita

Each time I order the chicken tater melt they always miss the sauce and is dry asf without it and I've tried multiple different times thinking it might just be a off day for them but nope the employees are just lazy and after trying to call them to make sure the sauce was made the person hung up on me then ignored the phone calls I was making. Just so the owner know it was June 4 10:29 and a male

Been hearing about Nashville mozzarella sticks. Went to 3 different locations in two states. Everyone was out. Super bummed.

They parked us for breakfast croissants, then brought them to the car flat and cold 😭 I imagine it would have tasted great hot....and why so flat?? They had to have literally done it intentionally

My best friend and I have gone to this jack a few times. Every time, the order was wrong and the night time staff were difficult to deal with when it comes to fixing the order. This happened again today. My best friend got a completely different burger from what they ordered. They paid for a more expensive burger and got a smaller one. He overpaid for a smaller burger. We didn't know it was a different burger until we got home. I wouldn't recommend this particular jack.

Drive thru is always on point. Fast and friendly service every time. Need to put napkins in with food though. Sometimes nothing in bag. But always fast.

Breakfast all day! Sometimes when I order the egg rolls they are burnt and one time they gave me a super stale chicken fajita pita. That was sad, it is hard to find chicken not deep fried.
