Service was very mid, employee attitude isn't friendly at all bathrooms closed to anyone who doesn't buy food here. This is the first time I've been to a jack in the box and they tell me I have to spend money to use the bathroom.

Came in last weekend to grab a quick lunch as I was running errands. I also had to use the restroom and wanted to wash my hands before I handled my food. When I entered, I found the restrooms locked.

I waited at the counter for several minutes and nobody helped. Finally, a woman came in and said she'd be right with me. Another few minutes... By the time she came back, I really had to use the restroom so I asked if I could do so. I'm an older adult who takes a medication that unfortunately dictates how frequently I have to use the restroom. I shouldn't have to explain this here or at the moment. She refused stating I had to order first. I said I would order, and asked to unlock the restroom. She said I had to pay first.

I asked for the manager, and she identified herself as such, but had no name tag or anything indicating she was the manager. She was rude and condescending. I asked for the contact info for corporate and she refused to give it to me, claiming she didn't know it. Tell me how a manager doesn't know?

Finally, after paying for my food I raced to the restroom. Once I came out and came around the corner back to the counter I could hear her commiserating with a coworker in spanish about me. She was turned away, and the coworker, in spanish told her I was back. I immediately spoke up that I know Spanish and felt it was inappropriate for them to be talking about customers. She seemed surprised at my comment. Maybe she shouldn't assume that someone with fair skin isn't Latino.

I really don't care about the excuses JITB will give for this policy. It is rude, demeaning and wrong. Any business that serves food should have easy access to a restroom to maintain cleanliness of workers and patrons. Stop treating everyone like criminals.

Vegetarian options: I want to say they did a terrible job with making the milkshake I ordered the last 3 times I’ve been to this location they have done a very poor job making a milkshake. Also they had several items on their menu that they were no longer serving or they no longer have. They also made my breakfast sandwich wrong which was the whole reason I went to jack in the box was for a breakfast sandwich at dinner time any other at I normally have a good experience here but not so much lately. Sad!

Parked in handicap parking tryed coming in but doors are locked/ broken idk but it's been a while now. Not being able to go in the doors by the handicap parking was very inconvenient, uncomfortable and very uncaring of the restaurant. After mentioning it to the boss, he shrugged it off an just wanted me to order. He even said " u can come in where others come in." No sorry of course, uncaring. Then he takes my order an is busy Texting the whole time on his phone. He walks off leaving me to wait till drive thru was clear an she had time to hand me my egg rolls and curly fries. ☹️Jeez he's not a good example for the crew for sure. Rude. Please have those doors fixed or I am goin to further this.

It's 7:00 a.m. I work from home but because of a power outage I'm stuck in a hotel down the street from this jack in the box. I start work at 5:00 a.m. so on my first break I decided to go to Jack in the box for some coffee because there's no coffee pot in my hotel. The coffee was lukewarm at best. I had to put it in the microwave ?it's a little disappointing when you really really need your first cup of coffee of the day pay for it and it's barely warm let alone hot

I tried to talk to the manager, asking her strongly to provide me with a phone number to talk to a manager or another manager because she was not attending to me correctly and was rude and racist, she left me talking alone and she started laughing with another colleague who worked with her and she was bulling me because they laughed and looked at me. I wish I could talk to a manager

I am an Uber delivery driver. Two workers from the morning shift treated me racistly. The shift supervisor even cancelled my order and did not give me a number to speak to a manager. These people are racist and discriminate against Uber workers. A very bad experience and very bad treatment. I would like them to take measures so that no one else goes through that bad time.
