Disgusting here honestly In the boys bathroom there was alot of poop smears And the employees are ANNOYING my mom was trying to get their attention cus apparently they can’t hear and the employee said “WHAT?!” In a rude way. Luckily my mom didn’t let it slide and said stuff back, we return after a few months thinking it was a new employee and it was this new guy and my mom ordered those tacos and he said “oh uh those are frozen” are you guys really THAT lazy? And in the drink machine the Powerade and all other drinks were 100% just water and tasted like cardboard, not even exaggerating. Plus, they take too long to make some taco? We waited for more than 30-40 minutes for that ?? It was empty too

I asked for a twisted soda and they gave it to me unmixed, I asked her to make another one since she made it where all the flavoring is settled at the bottom and unable be mixed. She just dumped it into another cup, spilling some and just tried to hand that to me.

Do not use the store for delivery they will provide the wrong address and when confronted to correct delivery service will not deliver to the correct address because it is not provided by the store when dealing with the store for their mistake they refused a refund and were pushy on taking the cold hour old food And said they were not responsible for the mistake when they were provided the correct address

First and only car in line took around 7 minutes to get our order!! Second the burger meat was most likely the second driest that I have ever chewed on.
No condiments l am used to getting from Texas Jackin Box i.e strawberry jelly.

This location is routinely out of advertised features items, service is abysmally slow in their drive thru, and they regularly have "system" issues with their display in the drive thru and with processing gift cards. Most likely the worst location in the entire Portland Metro area. Is an absolute last choice option because of how close they are to me.

I stepped in here to drop off my son and hung out with his friends for a little bit and they did not have lids for the large soda cups out and available to customers but when requested they quickly provided one. One thing that might improve the place is if the restrooms were better maintained the odor of urine in the men's room was a little overpowering
