This location is routinely out of advertised features items, service is abysmally slow in their drive thru, and they regularly have "system" issues with their display in the drive thru and with processing gift cards. Most likely the worst location in the entire Portland Metro area. Is an absolute last choice option because of how close they are to me.

I stepped in here to drop off my son and hung out with his friends for a little bit and they did not have lids for the large soda cups out and available to customers but when requested they quickly provided one. One thing that might improve the place is if the restrooms were better maintained the odor of urine in the men's room was a little overpowering

The staff were extremely rude. I had ordered 2 meals on 2 separate phones. I was able to pick up one of the orders, but when I was going to pick up the 2nd one, they had given it to somebody else! I asked for my order again just for them to refuse to make it. Will not be coming back.

We gave them a one star every time we come here it's either one car or just us, and they have this melt down fit like, "Oh my gosh, we have to work." Then they keep saying is that all is that all is that all!! Though the drive-through speaker. Then, of course, they get our order wrong. !! Rise of cold nasty we ordered six piece we only got a two-piece.

I only got the fries and this time when I got them I received them fresh and hot, right out of the frier!! I say that because I don't like eating from places that don't use gloves when they prepare the food and don't wash their hands after they touch other objects and proceed to grab your food to give it to you! Especially in these times! I have worked in fast food for many, many years and we always made sure we did wear gloves and wash our hands! In any food place I've worked for!
Always out of salsa and sometimes can't count to thirteen. But their grilled cheese is as good as ever.

I got a sourdough jack & they forgot to toast half one of the slices of bread (they are both supposed to be buttery & toasted not dry) & it & the fries were cold as soon as I got it.. the worst I've ever gotten from jack in the box

The employees here seem like they would rather not be working here. They usually have one employee working the counter, and the drive-thru at the same time. Even when the drive-thru is empty, they will act like they are too busy to help you at the counter inside. When you finally get your food, the fries or onion rings are like warm at best, and the sandwich is just slapped together. They all take their sweet time with everything. I have been here multiple times, and now I fully understand why they are hardly ever busy. They also don’t ask if you want anything else like salt, pepper, sauces, or ketchup for your fries. They have it all behind the counter too. I will never eat here again!! I don’t recommend eating there. They rip you off, and you get crappy food! They do not have an option to recommend non of their dishes, so I’m going to write that here. I got one of their munchie boxes, and I thought I would get a decent sized portion of onion rings. Was I ever wrong! You get four small onion rings, and when you try to call and mention that is a rip off, then they just say I’m sorry, and there is no emotion in their voice. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
