This is is the exact spot on earth where joy goes to die. I feel shameful every time I stop for a watery soda and greasy fries overturned in the bottom of an even greasier bag on my commute home from work. But I never learn.

Jack in the box has given up. Their food quality has gone downhill. And it was already pretty far down. They've shut down most of the dining area. The staff really doesn't seem to care and is on a personal phone call most of the time. It's not really surprising to hear that they are not in the middle of a financial windfall. It's nice that this location repaved their parking lot. But there are ridiculous amounts of speed bumps. There are other fast food options.

Didn't receive a receipt ,understaffed,fries and taco over cooked, Soda machine for dine in guest ice not dispensing and syrup for soft drink needs to be changed out. Requested my respect for the drive thru order and was not received .

Lastnight my kids wanted to eat here so I ordered them both a Oreo milkshake and 6 tacos on the mobile app. I placed two separate orders, one with a Jumbo Jack (used points & got for free), then second orde with the tacos and 2 shakes that I paid for. I drove up to the drive thru window and it seemed broke down as no one spoke thru the speaker. So I drove forward (there were 2 cars in front of me). We waited about 20 mins before both cars received their order and we drove up to the window. It was pretty dark inside and we only seen 1 person working. She was busy serving the 2 cuss inside the lobby so we waited about 10 more mins before I honked the horn to just get her attention as I wasn’t sure if she had even seen us. She came to the window and I told her i was here for 2 mobile orders. She only handed me the burger as it was prepared and in a bag ready on the shelf. I asked about the second order and she was completely rude saying there is no 2nd order. She told me to go park. By this time we had already been in line 30mins so respectfully I asked if we could wait in the line (as there were 2 cars behind me) and we didn’t want to wait another 30mins for such a small order. She slammed the window shut and walked in the back. After that I seen another 2 workers come from the back to peek at the drive thru window and walk in back again. After that they disappeared and I didn’t see anyone for about 15mins. Long story short we were in the drive thru OVER 1 HR & THEY REFUSED TO FUFILL OUR ORDER!!!!! One lady was in the window with her arms crossed smirking at us while the 2nd lady was telling us she never received our order. It never popped up on screen. I tried showing her my receipt my order confirmed their address and the time is was supposed to be ready (1hr ago) and she still didn’t care! She said call customer service tomorrow. And walked away. I asked for a manager and she said SHE WILL JUST TELL ME THE SAME THING, nothing they can do. I went home and my husband was upset about this so he had me take screenshots of my bank statement and the order info and he went through the drive-thru. When he got to the speaker it actually worked. He went to the window and they told him they actually DID GET THE ORDER BUT SOMEONE ELSE PICKED IT UP ALREADY!! But she said he could have the 1st order (Jumbo Jack). This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to! Employees were so rude and unprofessional! I’ve always ordered online and NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM!! If you want to PAY FOR FOOD & NOT RECEIVE IT, COME HERE!!!!

I've noticed a steady improvement at this location. The staff are friendly, but it's definitely a skeleton crew and they're stressed out. Regardless, I still get friendly service here with a smile.

My food is standard fare for fast food, no complaints, nothing remarkable. I'm just glad to have a decent option with my weird work schedule.

This Jack in the Box location has the rudest, most unknowledgeable staff of any Jack in the Box location that I've ever been to. The ownership of this location staffs their location with people that can't even communicate with the public without being rude & mean. Not to mention, she was hard to understand as well. On top of that, they seem to have almost zero knowledge of the menu or current specials. When the staff gets called out on not knowing a current menu item, they get rude, defensive, & mean. I tried to order a current special meal, which the lady on the intercom was clueless about. I pulled out of the drive-thru so I could look up the name of the meal on Jack's website. When I confirmed on the website that what I was trying to order was a current item and told her the name after going back in the drive-thru lane, she kept asking which item. Which I repeatedly told her the name of. Apparently, this staff has such poor communication & comprehension skills that they can't process an order if it doesn't have a meal # on the board. When I insistently told her this, as she herself is getting ruder & more defensive, calls me rude and says I can leave. This location evidently is totally fine with losing business because they can't staff decent, knowledgeable staff. The staff member in question also appeared to possibly be a manager or shift lead as she was in all black but without a name tag. Big surprise there. If you actually try to patronize this location, avoid the thinner Hispanic lady likely wearing all black without a name tag. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

Missing items from my order

My girlfriend ordered online and we went to go pick it up. She ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It came on a bun. Her hashbrown was also missing. I got the Jumbo Jack burger and they gave me the hot chicken sandwich. We got it fixed, which is why Im giving the service 3 stars in that aspect. However, the worker at the drive thru looked displeased being there, which, understandable, I hate working too. However...

As someone who works in the food industry, there are 2 rules I live by. Dont mess with someone's food, and dont mess with someone's money.

The burger that I got was so dry and didnt taste like it was seasoned at all. A crazy amount of lettuce, and it looked like the cheese was just gingerly placed on the burger. Not even a slight melt which means the burger was probably held too long, or too old to serve (I'll find out soon if that was true). The fries were also just underdone and unsalted.

Now, it was also our fault because we meant to order from a different location. I should have looked at the reviews for this one. I'd give Jack in the Box another try in the future, but not this location.

The food was good nothing wrong with it It was just gross to take a sip of my drink and it tastes like straight mold. I work in food and I know what it tastes like when the ice box is gross or the nozzles haven’t been cleaned. I could. Be wrong but I’m not feeling great
