The food was good nothing wrong with it It was just gross to take a sip of my drink and it tastes like straight mold. I work in food and I know what it tastes like when the ice box is gross or the nozzles haven’t been cleaned. I could. Be wrong but I’m not feeling great
I arrived at 9:25 and they refused to take my order because they said they were closed even though it say 10pm, Never heard of a drive thru closing 40 minutes ahead of time to get out at the rime they’re suppose to close ……

The food got here colder than expected for a 10 min delivery which is not a big deal. They got my order wrong which I don't mind much for a mistake, BUT what I do mind is that I ordered large curly fries and got half of mixed fries that looked like leftover bits and pieces! I also DO mind that the large coke I ordered tasted like its half mixed with water. I opened the lid and not a surprise, the coke is almost as clear a simple water! Just awful, I've heard many good comments about Jack in the box and I was expecting better. First and last time for me.

If you’re in the Portland area I would definitely recommend this jack in the box. I tried another one by the bridge and the guy working was rude as helllll. I went to this location late as heckkkk (later than I was at the other one) and I still received exceptional service.

Worst order received yet. Missing some of the order, both hashbrowns missing, no large curly fries, and half an order of churros missing. The remaining food was squished or very undercooked, such as the onion rings they were ice cold in the middle. Tried calling the store, however, it appears their phone, is off the hook.

Asked for curly fries and was told my the lady that they were done making those for the day! It's 5pm on a Thursday and all I wanted was curly fries with my food ?
Posted closing time for Sunday is 10pm. So I pull up at the driverhru at 9:40pm. "Sorry we're closed." So, they close at least 20 minutes early?? What a joke. There is NO acceptable excuse for this.

I woke up to a friend calling for help broke down. While helping her and waiting for a tow truck I ended up getting a meal with coffee and water. I asked if the coffee came with refills before ordering. The service was slow even though three people were doing nothing. I asked for a second refill on my coffee and was told I had to pay for it. I asked to talk to the manager and they said he wasn't there. I knew he was as I had seen him. I went up to him while he was on the floor and asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I told him what they told me and he said he'd get me another cup of coffee. He said they told me there was no manager there because he was actually not on duty. Hmmm ? The bathroom was also disgustingly filthy and had no paper towels, a broken hand dryer and no toilet paper.

Soggy tacos & dry bread, worst jack N box in gresham. Go to 257 stark or even burnside in gresham. 257, hot food, crunchy taco PLUS toppings inside taco NOT in the bag and fresh bread. Avoid rockwood jack in box.

Staff was friendly but the the food was just not very good. It may have been the fry oil was to used or something. It just didn't taste right to me. Inside was clean but only had 4 tables in the whole interior space.

Place is good for a quick meal, sometimes they aren't open when theirs hours say they are, and a bit pricey for what you get otherwise I enjoy this spot occasionally.
