Great service! The raw oysters and seafood were a highlight. The ahi crudo with cherry ponzu and plum was a straight-up 10 out of 10, probably the best thing I ate all night. The hamachi crudo with charred pineapple and peanuts was also really tasty (I'd give it an 8), and the scallops were solid but not mind-blowing (7). Their house focaccia with kombu oil was truly unforgettable (10). The butter lettuces with green goddess dressing and nectarine were so fresh (10). Grilled peaches with pork cheek and fish sauce vinaigrette?!?! Perfect 10. My favorite dish of the night. I didn't love the melon with sheep’s cheese and vinegar, even though it sounded good conceptually. Chinook salmon with buttermilk and shishitos was great (8), and the halibut with salsa verde was excellent (9). The only real miss was the mussels with ’nduja. Too intense for me. Overall an outstanding meal...creative, balanced, and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and lovely service! Tasting menu was 100% worth it and a great value- Tons of food and the opportunity to sample more of the menu than ordering a la carte. Would recommend to anyone looking for a special event meal! Hope to be back!

I'm really so impressed with this happy hour. Bring plenty of cash to tip your staff. They're absolutely killing it.

One of my new favorite spots in town! Best deal on happy hour oysters, just need to get there early to get a spot in line. Their sauces are fantastic. Their oyster shooters and tomato salad were amazing, and their lobster roll rivaled the best I’d had in Maine.

Simultaneously the best and the most accessible of Portland's great restaurants. Unless you're one of those poor souls who can't do seafood, you need to go eat here at least once.

Food is quite good, but overpriced for the portions. Service could be described as that subtle, disinterested, passive aggressive form common in Portland. Automatic gratuity, so it can make you feel somewhat resentful. Had to wait uncomfortably in the middle of the dining room for 20 mins for our reserved table.

Fantastic quaint dining experience with seasonal menus that change frequently! Arrive before 5pm (to beat the line) and enjoy dollar oysters and happy hour drinks before indulging in the incredible full dinner menu. Highly recommend for a date or a simple yet night out.

Snag a 5pm reservation whenever you can: 12 oysters per person at $12 is impossible to beat. There sauce droppers all pair perfectly with the salty oyster juices. They truly employ expert shockers.
Rest of the food just adds to the experience.

Very rude, pretentious and self important host. Tall pale ginger male. As a first time potential guest with questions about the order of service he was condescending and patronizing. I had been excited to patron this business, waiting in line with others, but after this poor first impression and terrible guest service it is unlikely I will return. The pressure of being a popular restaurant on a Friday evening in Portland is a privilege, rise to the occasion!

10/10 food and service. Lobster roll was insane. A wasp was bothering us outside and a staff member came out with a cambro and lid to catch it. And then proceeded to move us inside. My heroes. Thank you everything was awesome.
