How can you possibly go wrong with 1 dollar oysters! Yum for the tum and the wallet!

Perfect date night with amazingly well prepared food. Appreciated that we didn’t feel rushed by the waiter or that the restaurant was trying to keep the guests revolving through as fast as they could. Was not expecting a few menu items with Asian flair, highly recommend pairing the chilled tom kha mussels and shrimp udon. Husband said oysters were the best he’s had. Really enjoyed having some different drinks to try, like skin contact wine and Amari. Will definitely be back!

Waited 30 minutes with four people and were fourth in line for happy hour. We were very rudely told that we could be added to a 2 hour waitlist and they only had room for 2 person tables. She refused to let us split our group and sit separate because we said we were four without any effort to allow us to eat. Policies are policy but not posting something so important and allowing it to be delivered as rudely as that is one star. And then a couple behind us with a child were seated which again is more than 2 but did not affect their party the way that we were affect which is another issue, all before we even got past the door. Make a reservation or just avoid entirely too many other locations nearby that won’t have embarrassing levels of service.

Best restaurant in Portland. My wife and I come here for special occasions. Try anything and everything on the menu. I highly recommend the cedar plank trout and Dungeness crab toast.Their happy hour is fantastic: $1 oysters, $2 Ranier beers, or they rotate through a glass of wine for $10.

In a word: Mellow.Jacqueline embodies a mellow, with subtle tones of quirk, dining atmosphere, accompanied by soul-provoking sonic playlists and quality customer service.I definitely enjoyed the meal, my company as well as the production design. The cuisine was flavorful, suitable, and somewhat expected vis-a-vis the SE Clinton "Portlandia-esque" vibe. Nevertheless, Jacqueline's culinary offerings underachieved relative to their respectively aggressive price taggary.Friendly Advice Offering: Establish a Reservation prior to dining, unless you simply dig "the look" of waiting in line for an assumably posh restaurant experience (circa, 2001, San Francisco's Marina District).

Our favorite date night place in PDX. We like to arrive early for $1 oyster happy hour. There can be a line, so earlier the better. Every dish we’ve tried is impeccable.

Come here for the happy hour and stay for all the foods on the menu. Smoked mussel dish was to die for, Oysters are naturally delicious but the sauces here are amazing especially that green fish sauce, I’d bottle that and sell that immediately! Server was amazing and wish I knew their name so I can shout them out. I didn’t order it but $90 for a tasting per person is just too inexpensive for that quality and amazingly tasty dishes. Just want another shout out for the mussel dish on there March 18th menu. Dish will always be in my mind.

Great happy hour deal for $1 oysters from 5-6pm. A line does start before opening for happy hour so get there early. They do limit happy hour oysters to 12 oysters/per person just FYI.Super cute place though, and yummy food on their menu!

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Portland for years and have only recently dined here. It’s an extremely cozy setting. The food is amazing and ranges from $12-35 a plate depending on what you choose. The house cocktails are delicious and you can’t beat the happy hour $1 oysters on the half shell. Definitely a favorite spot in my household now.
