Making a one star so HOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT SEES THIS !!!! The cooling air has been out for over a year!!!! It’s unacceptable! I was in there for maybe 5 minutes and felt incredibly hot. To make the workers work in that condition is absolutely cruel and needs to be addressed. I know Jamba makes enough as a company to fix the air!

My CSR was excellent. Informative on The difference between the drinks, while I was deciding which order, and then informative on the smoothie that I had picked while it was blending while they were getting it ready. When they handed me my drink we connected on a personal level about some thing that I brought up (cancer and as an alternative these healthy smoothies) and it was an overall very pleasant experience. I’ll come back to this location due to great staff.

I consider Jamba to be pretty average for smoothies; it is a chain after all. However, I've found good smoothies in Portland to be pretty hard to find, so this gets a 5 star ranking from me by Portland standards. The smoothies are always tasty at reasonable prices with good service and a sterile corporate atmosphere.
This is my second time ever going to Jamba and honestly the Asian girl here helped me twice. She took her time and explained my 20 questions which I greatly appreciated and ended up, loving her recommendations. 10/10 service, and I got my drink in less then 10 mins which was impressive seeing how busy they were.
