I went to place a delivery order this evening to my disappointment. You can’t customize on the app like you should be able to. It won’t let you take something out of a drink without having to add something else into it. My partner hates banana, but loves the peanut butter mood. I was able to call the store and I spoke with Haven. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. She wrote down the customizations I wanted and waited for the delivery order to come through. That was some of the best customer service. Thank you Haven!!

The store itself and the employees who operate it are great. Get the orders right (almost every time), friendly, and professional. The app (Jamba app) is the issue. It is glitchy and today it charged me for my order of almost $20 but told me the transaction was unsuccessful despite simultaneously receiving an email from Venmo of the charge. The kind employee in here today made my order for me without charging me again once i showed/told her my situation and apologized for my inconvenience. I definitely will be coming back for more great smoothies but I'll probably avoid using their app which is unfortunate because without it you cannot use their reward program.

Fair Review
I recently visited Jamba and tried their fresh orange juice, which was absolutely delightful! I love the vibrant flavor and the refreshing taste of fresh juice. However, I would love to see more variety in their offerings. It would be great to have options like fresh carrot, apple, and grapefruit juices available. These flavors would really complement their current selection and cater to those of us who enjoy exploring different juice combinations. Overall, a great experience, but I hope to see more fresh juice options in the future!

And, what is it with part-timers in Oregon in general, who invariably have terrible attitude and work ethic, while simultaneously complaining about pay, effort required, and hours worked? You think you deserve to be paid more? I haven’t seen anything quite like it outside Oregon, perhaps Portland area in particular. (In today’s case, the thing that applied was attitude.)
This so far has not applied to Jamba, at least at this location, from what I’ve seen. Today was different.
