We walked into the restaurant at 12:40 expecting to get lunch. The line was slow, and the guy behind the counter rudely, loudly combined with his body language pointing to the sign if the customer wanted all of the toppings to their sandwich. Then you had another employee going on break. She went and sat in the dining room to eat her lunch while there is a line. This was not a welcoming environment to stay in and we left.

This is the absolute best location. Sandwiches are fresh, rolls are toasted perfectly for the #56, the staff is so polite. Everything is PERFECT

I live for Jersey Subs. This has to the worst experience I’ve ever had. Food was Sub par! The kid was angry about something. He just flopped things around like we were all a big inconvenience to his life. I will Never ever eat at that establishment again!!! November 18 2025 12 pm. Oh, it was my free large sub after buying 200 points. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff. For Celiac (gluten free) preparation they wash down the prep area in addition to washing hands, changing gloves, etc. It's still a common prep area so this may not be acceptable for your specific needs, but is much better than other establishments.

Honestly don't even know how subway is still in business with these guys. Loved it won't ever go back to subway.
Horrible service. Both workers were rude and throwing stuff around. They did not listen to what we wanted just started putting stuff on sandwich. Both workers got upset when we said no mayo , no tomato. They did it with my order and my Sisters behind me. Been to many Jerseys Mikes and usually receive top notch service. The guy and girl working this AM need substantial customer service training.
