Horrible service. Both workers were rude and throwing stuff around. They did not listen to what we wanted just started putting stuff on sandwich. Both workers got upset when we said no mayo , no tomato. They did it with my order and my Sisters behind me. Been to many Jerseys Mikes and usually receive top notch service. The guy and girl working this AM need substantial customer service training.

This place was the first jersey mikes I tried, and I havent gone to another sub place since. Better food and service than subway, jimmy johns etc. I like the philly and the club supreme the most.

Took over half an hour to get a walk up order sub with only 2 people in line. The staff spent the whole time starting and finishing online orders. Usually very good but was really disappointed this time.

There has got to be a better way to manage online orders and balance with walk in’s other than waiting 30+ minutes to make 15-20 online orders. Walk in time 10:10 finally sat and ate at 10:46. No sense of urgency, energy or upbeat atmosphere what so ever. Employees appear to hate their job and have 0 engagement with customers. I frequent this location and it’s like this on a regular basis. During my visit today at least 5 people walked out.

Might ACTUALLY be the slowest store in existence. Stood in the store behind 2 customers for almost 20 mins just to get a drink. Simply do better
