Literally the slowest Jersey Mikes I have ever ordered from… I would place an order for pick-up, show up 40 minutes later, only to find they hadn’t even started making my sandwich yet. This would be later on in the day too, when it was relatively quiet. Not to mention, the employees are stingy with the fillings, even when paying extra for double portions.

I've never had a bad experience at a Jersey Mike's. The staff is always friendly and they make your food pretty quickly. The food is always good 👍. If you want to have your sandwich heated you just have to request it.
My workplace ordered sandwiches from the Jantzen Beach location for 69 people. Kyle and his team were phenomenal! I included the names of everyone getting a sandwich, and his team wrote the names on the bags. I had no expectation of this! He went above and beyond to be sure all was ready on time and ready to sort back at work. Will definitely be going back.
