Everytime I go to this place the wait time is over 30 minutes even if not busy. If you are hungry, by the time you eat, you will probably die. Terrible terrible terrible. I don't like giving 1 stars, but this place definitely worth even below 1 star.

Our experience at Jersey Mike’s was underwhelming. The food was average, and the service at the assembly line was slower than expected. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired. While I appreciate the brand, this location did not meet the standard I was hoping for.

I am so sad to be writing this review. This WAS my favorite store. I’ve tried several time to have them fix the issue. Your employees not switching gloves after touching areas that customers touch is UNACCEPTABLE. You’ve now lost a customer. I will never set foot into this Jersey Mike’s again. You could be getting other community members SICK. Did you not learn anything from Covid times? Your employees act appalled when I bring it up to them. People are watching while they wait 10 minutes for their sandwich. I had them cancel my order. Change your gloves often! The employee in question is at the register. The other employee with the longer hair touched his mouth then started cleaning. Are you kidding me? My last order because similar situations was 11/20/2024. I tried to give you a 4th chance and you FAILED. Hire employees that care.

I love this location because all the people here are super friendly and nice. They make it a point to establish a raport with you and make you feel familiar. I wish i could remember specific names, but honestly i havent had a less than stellar experinence with a single employee yet. Kudos to the team working feb 19th 2025, at 2pm specifically!
Gave me the wrong sandwich TWICE despite the receipt and the bag itself being marked for the one I ordered. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to make a sandwich correctly but if you want it done right, don’t go to this location.

It is a typical sandwich shop in terms of atmosphere, though there are a few touches reflecting its Jersey roots. I go there for a specific sub, the Jersey Shore Special. I grew up not too far from the original store in Point Pleasant, back in the 60's, and the sandwich tastes just like it did then, delicious. Of course it has to be Mike's Way or isn't Jersey enough.
