I will not be returning to this location. I ordered online using the mobile app and it took them two hours to make my order. I asked multiple times as I was standing there for over an hour. There is no reason I had to wait 2 hours. The point of online ordering is to avoid the line. Absolutely insane.

Good music in the background, not too loud, excellent employees, yummy food. Be careful as this is a smaller parking lot. I can see it happening to find it difficult to park when the area is super busy.

I love the evening crew! I can only imagine the culture during all business hours are the same. This crew works hard and as fast as they can to put out correct orders consistently. They are so friendly when they catch their breath pumping out sandwiches during the evening rush. I live on the island and it is one of my favorite spots. These guys really try to get the sandwiches done fast and to order. Give thanks to their crew :) Bearcat approved.

Not trying to put the company or staff down, but even during lunch time 30+ minute wait is not acceptable. They need to do a better job at handling the online orders while handling the flow of customers coming in.

The crew at the Jersey Mike’s in Jantzen Beach are the most friendly people I’ve encountered in a really long time!!! They were so wonderful, helpful and joyful! I don’t understand the other reviews that say they are slow, they made our sandwiches so quick! If you’re having a bad day stop by here and they will absolutely bring a smile to your face and make you the best subs around!!!

The staff was incredibly kind. Being celiac and walking into a sub shop is usually a joke that I try not to make. Realizing that I haven’t had a real meal today and had class in an hour, I decided to give it a go. I got there while they were catching up from their previous rush and I had the shop to myself. This really helped the anxiety of asking for a Gluten Free meal, I know they take the time to clean everything and I always feel so bad when they’re busy. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the gentle person that made my sandwich but he’s the reason I will happily return if I need a meal in a pinch.

I live nearby and really miss coming here cause the food was great, but they're just far too slow. I would show up a half hour or more after my order was supposed to be ready, and still end up sitting inside for 20+ minutes til it was ready. Great sandwiches but definitely don't come here if you're in any type of rush.
