Fist time at JM. I really enjoyed the bread and sliced thin meats.

I had the pastrami. It was so dry and fatty I could only eat a few bites. This store used to be so clean. Now it was dirty. Very disappointed. This was not worth the 13.00 I spent.

Very poor customer service. No smiles and honestly seemed annoyed that I came in. Yeah, they told me to have a nice day but could they have said it with any more enthusiasm? Sandwiches are always amazing though. Not a single employee was pleasant though!

I typically love Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately at this location they skimped on my sandwich. The quality I usually get at Jersey Mike's is 100% higher than the sandwich I just brought home. My $16 ham and provolone came with about 2 layers of ham, less provolone, and a spattering of lettuce sparingly sprinkled on top. And most disappointingly I requested Mike's Way toppings but it came completely ABSENT of even a drop of oil and vinegar which really made me sad. Even the bread was smaller and skimpier than usual and was not fresh. What a disappointing experience. I will probably try to avoid this specific location in the future so I can actually get what I pay for.

It was busy, but the workers were like a well oiled machine. Food was great!

I get it, this place can get really busy, and I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer after the recommended pick up time but one hour is really pushing it. It just seemed really chaotic and out of control.

As I delivery driver picking up food for a customer you would think you’d be allowed to use the restroom at this location during a delivery waiting for a customers food, nope. The little blonde had very rude customer service and said it’s only for customers… asked if I’m a driver, I said yes, and she still said “You’re not a customer and so no.”Well little girl I’m picking up food for a customer. I’m in the place as a customer! As the little blonde looked at my hijab I was wearing she was clearly being a prejudice against me & blatantly disrespectful. I wouldn’t want to eat garbage food made by garbage people anyway. I’m sure the restrooms were as dirty as the floors, her attitude and everything else she touches.

I was overlooked and although I was in line and next the manager called other people and completely ignored me. They also gave me the wrong order twice.

I remember leaving this review and I was short on time and didn't have time to ride out several things that I thought shaped my experiences at Jersey Mike's.
First and foremost on the handful of occasions I've stopped in to eat. If there's been one thing that's consistent. It's the incredible team that regardless of the day or time is always outstanding.
I've come in when it has been packed and they are courteous, quick and pleasant.
The food is tremendous. I understand that some people might not get excited about a proper sub, but I moved here from Philadelphia almost a decade ago and as you may know hoagies were invented in Philadelphia from before the swamp was filled in and there was a Hogue Island. When the army would come through the women would take bread, split it and fill it with antipasto and it became known as hoagies. Needless to say, I consider myself a connoisseur of subs hoagies and grinders and I have been spoiled by the abundance of masterful sandwich makers and such and the Philadelphia Jersey, New York area.
All this is not to give myself a backhanded compliment but to give some context to my review of the lovely meals I've had the good pleasure to enjoy at this establishment.
Again, I'm short on time. I'm actually working so I'll end my review here.
I don't have any pictures of the food because every time I get my order I end up eating it too quickly to take a snapshot.

We came in unexpectedly with a rather large order, we noticed a few mistakes before we left the shop and the team handled it like a champ. Very impressed with their dedication to make things right while maintaining a positive attitude. Special shout out to Eli and Melina, they came together to have a very satisfied customer

got the sandwich I was hoping for, thanks! there was a little bit of accidental onion on the no onion sandwich (I'm somewhat allergic to onion but didn't mention that, just said no onion) but they did wipe down the counter before making the gluten free sandwich to minimize crossover and I appreciate that. the atmosphere could have been more welcoming, there are big signs saying the bathrooms are only for paying customers, and as a disabled person it's always disappointing to see bathrooms that could be accessible to people that need them closed or put behind a paywall like that. no masks on anyone, I hardly expect it these days the way people act but it's still always disappointing
Dietary restrictions: they have a pretty decent gluten free bread and try to minimize the gluten contamination

No sense of customer service. Tall blonde guy told me he had to shred ALL the letuce before he could help me. He continued to shred 6 more heads of lettuce. Yes, I counted. After he got done he went to the back and didn't come out for a while. The girl stocked up the meats and looked lost. As I am writing this he finally came out with 2 more heads of lettuce. I waited almost 30 minutes before I was helped.
