I was trying to order food while waiting for an online order, place isn’t busy and no one in line. I was told I had to wait to order food till after I deliver the delivery first, which also meant I couldn’t buy a drink since it’s pretty hot outside. I find this inconsistent since couple of days ago I ordered food and drink while waiting for an order to be completed. When I asked her about the inconsistency she said she doesn’t know, but it’s the law . What? I Not only the employee was impolite she was laughing. I asked to speak to a manager but surprisingly he was laughing as well. Just super rude. I follow rules, it’s not what u say it’s how you say it

The sandwiches are so good I just wanna keep eatin’ it, by golly. The Starry soft drink they have has a ‘cressence,’ a creamy essence. Bless up, y’all but not in the holy way. On God.

This place operates like a well oiled machine! They have a to go station separate from the order in line and everyone seems to operate in sync with one another. Super friendly easy to talk to.

Ordered online, filled in who each sandwich was for and requested that the sandwiches be thoroughly cut. Sandwiches were not marked, had to open and take them apart to see which was which. And they weren't cut cleanly. Won't be back. Sorry.

I usually really like Jersey mikes, but this location is frustrating. Today was the third time I’ve requested extra cheese on my online order and did not revive it. They didn’t even add pickles as requested this time.
First time I've ever gotten really stale bread at Jersey Mike's and it was a giant sandwich too.

I really hope that JM management gets this location under control. I've been enjoying Jersey Mike's for so long (on both coats), and I was so excited about this one opening up within walking distance. Every order I've gotten from this location has been wrong (they're just not reading the tickets- all errors I've experienced have been careless). What's worse, recently I went into the shop to pick up a sandwich that I ordered online 20 minutes before I walked over to pick it up (a mini #2 with chips). The kids working there are running a disaster of a food establishment- and there is absolutely no customer service going on. I sat there, awkwardly waiting for my order, alone in the shop with my dog (the whole reason I ordered pick up), while 2 employees are working on take out orders and blasting loud music, while the third is just kind of watching them. Finally I managed to get the third's attention over the music, and he tells me that my order is still 15 minutes out..... Uhhhh, why does it take 45 minutes to make a mini ham sandwich, and why can't this idle teenager just make it? I don't know, it's sad to watch. As a former restaurant manager, I always wanna give the benefit of the doubt, but whoever is in charge of this location is doing a crap job.

We left a playoff game early to grab a sandwich before closing, arriving 8 minutes before their posted closing time. Unfortunately, we were told they had already put everything away and couldn’t serve us. If you're open until a certain time, you should offer food until that time—not stop service early. To make matters worse, the staff wasn’t apologetic—in fact, they came across as quite rude. Really disappointing experience overall.

I came in with nobody in the shop. I put in my order. The service provider told it it would be a couple minutes. I sat for 25 minutes while on multiple occasions, staff were on standby. Nobody seemed to want to make me a sandwich. All that i saw were online orders being worked on and a couple delivery drivers come in to pick up orders. Disturbing service.
