They are doing unbelievable work at this Jersey Mike’s. Every sandwich is an S-tier, 5-Star experience. The employees are fast, they’re kind, and they’re consistent. I wish I could give each of them a million dollars. 10/10!!!

Went in there and the only person there that was nice was a girl with gauges and red hair. She went above and beyond for me and the other people in front of me. And apparently she is the only reason my family eats here. I asked her if she was the manager and was shocked to find out she want a manager. The super tall guy with shaggy black hair says he's the general manager but doesn't know a thing about customer service, very rude and off putting, he said he had to go grab something from the back and said something I don't think I can put on Google to another employee. He was slacking off when I past by the restaurant tonight just before 5 pm. If he's gonna be in charge of this store I don't see it staying open much longer. The food was good but everyone should learn customer service from that one girl.

I was trying to order food while waiting for an online order, place isn’t busy and no one in line. I was told I had to wait to order food till after I deliver the delivery first, which also meant I couldn’t buy a drink since it’s pretty hot outside. I find this inconsistent since couple of days ago I ordered food and drink while waiting for an order to be completed. When I asked her about the inconsistency she said she doesn’t know, but it’s the law . What? I Not only the employee was impolite she was laughing. I asked to speak to a manager but surprisingly he was laughing as well. Just super rude. I follow rules, it’s not what u say it’s how you say it

Ordered online, filled in who each sandwich was for and requested that the sandwiches be thoroughly cut. Sandwiches were not marked, had to open and take them apart to see which was which. And they weren't cut cleanly. Won't be back. Sorry.
