I really hope that JM management gets this location under control. I've been enjoying Jersey Mike's for so long (on both coats), and I was so excited about this one opening up within walking distance. Every order I've gotten from this location has been wrong (they're just not reading the tickets- all errors I've experienced have been careless). What's worse, recently I went into the shop to pick up a sandwich that I ordered online 20 minutes before I walked over to pick it up (a mini #2 with chips). The kids working there are running a disaster of a food establishment- and there is absolutely no customer service going on. I sat there, awkwardly waiting for my order, alone in the shop with my dog (the whole reason I ordered pick up), while 2 employees are working on take out orders and blasting loud music, while the third is just kind of watching them. Finally I managed to get the third's attention over the music, and he tells me that my order is still 15 minutes out..... Uhhhh, why does it take 45 minutes to make a mini ham sandwich, and why can't this idle teenager just make it? I don't know, it's sad to watch. As a former restaurant manager, I always wanna give the benefit of the doubt, but whoever is in charge of this location is doing a crap job.

We left a playoff game early to grab a sandwich before closing, arriving 8 minutes before their posted closing time. Unfortunately, we were told they had already put everything away and couldn’t serve us. If you're open until a certain time, you should offer food until that time—not stop service early. To make matters worse, the staff wasn’t apologetic—in fact, they came across as quite rude. Really disappointing experience overall.

I came in with nobody in the shop. I put in my order. The service provider told it it would be a couple minutes. I sat for 25 minutes while on multiple occasions, staff were on standby. Nobody seemed to want to make me a sandwich. All that i saw were online orders being worked on and a couple delivery drivers come in to pick up orders. Disturbing service.

They could put more effort into making sure orders are correct and 86'd items are properly marked on delivery services. I've ordered from this location 3 times and each time something has been incorrect. Additionally, the sandwiches are not nearly as presentable as other locations. Idk. It would just be nice if the sandwiches reflected the high price. If I'm paying $24 for a sub I'd like it to be correct.

Went to the east burnside location around 12:30 on Sunday April 6 We ordered 2# 56. One with no jalapeños, one with easy jalapeños and extra mushrooms. We GOT one BURNT #56 with extra jalapeños (see picture) and one BURNT #56 with NO jalapeño and extra mushrooms. WORST SUBS WE’VE EVER GOTTEN FROM A JERSEY MIKE’S. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS JERSEY MIKE’S LOCATION!

Everette and Mason and the best employees you could ask for. I wish every company had two people that care so much about the business. I couldn't believe the level of class and professionalism they both provided so close to closing. Anyone would be lucky to have one of the two, let alone both, working for them. I will return just to be treated to the quality of service both of them provide. 11/10 experience.

This was the nastiest, filthiest Jersey Mikes I've ever been in. I waited in line and saw the guy making sandwiches taking meat in and out draws, nothing was wrapped. Then he's making someone's sandwich on an already dirty counter. There was food all on the floor, it was so gross I left without getting anything. I might need to contact public health to do an inspection...disgusting
I have never had a problem with this location ever but tonight when I got my food (i ordered on postmates) there's 5 pickles on a giant sandwhich, Practically no lettuce and no tomatoes. My sandwich pretty much comes with nothing It's supposed to have on it. I've honestly never been so disappointed with jersey mikes. 😭😭

I've been to this location many times but always leave feeling unwelcomed. Sandwiches are always prepared very nicely but the customer service is exceptionally low. Every time I am in here, I feel as if the workers are mad that I am there. They have extreme attitude when taking your order and will be very rude if you ask for anything extra. I understand that when it is busy, things may a little hectic during a rush but this is a job that you signed up for, so please have a little bit better of customer service to people who are respectful of you while making food for us. Kindness goes a long way. There is a larger gentlemen who seems to be running the show here, he needs an attitude adjustment if he is going to be in charge of managing this store. The energy he exerts is downright vile making you feel like I am unwelcomed in this store. Yelling at other subordinates and just being a complete a-hole, tossing things around -- not very professional demeanor at all. This happened to me on many visits here. Quality of food and prep is great but the workers, specifically the man mentioned prior need to figure it out. If you hate your job, do yourself a favor and find a place of work that you enjoy.

Why do the employees blatantly ignore customers and or delivery drivers when they're clearly right in front of them ? I mean they'll make eye contact and just dismiss you like what kind of service is that ... Remember the golden rule 😉 treat others how you'd like to be treated
