I have been coming here for years to get their sandwiches. They are always great. Sometimes you will get a new trainee but they are learning so I cut them some slack. I have bought sandwiches from Jersey Mike's all over the state but this location with Dave the Manager is the best. Dave is a super great guy. He will do his best to accommodate the customer. There are stores closer to my house but I will drive a little bit further to support Dave at this location. Keep up the good work Dave.

Since when are they not allowed to toast the bread, I go to Jersey Mike’s almost daily & have been for years which they never have a problem toasting my bread. Just called the restaurant & the person on the phone says they don’t do it. Not saying the customer is always right but really don’t agree with the dismissive nature of the employee. Won’t be going here any longer

I get their #2 and I don't modify their recipe. I feel like it's a small step up from Subway. The flavor is better and it's moist and delicious.

Nice new location. Has a pickup rack system which is super convenient as lots of places took the racks way because people can’t behave . Good experience

Location is taking orders without even being open. Had to request at refund even though the food was going to be ready for two orders after the confirmed pick up. Absolute joke!

Barely any meat or toppings on the original Italian.

I'd recommend going to a different location or watching them put your sandwich together.

I was just told that I could not be helped because they were closing the sign on the door stats they are open until 9:00 p.m. everywhere that they advertise says that they're open until 9:00 p.m. Yes I understand arriving at 8:55 isn't the best idea. But this was for a sandwich not for a sit-down meal. Most businesses close after their stated hours of operation not before. Not very cool.

I am so sick and tired of ridiculously long lines at lunch places because the business makes online orders first, while hungry people stand in line and wait. They're cranking away back there and the line barely moves because walk-ins take a back seat to someone who may or may not show up, an hour from now. TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU FIRST!

We ordered online and arrived a couple minutes early to a ready and waiting order. I am a first timer to Jersey Mike's and felt the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

It seems like Jersey Mike’s used to dominate the sub shop industry because we were all used to subways skimpy meat toppings & poor service so when they opened in our local area it was a welcome change. JM can still be a good lunch option but now it’s hit or miss and they seem to be following subway’s rule book. (or maybe subway management moved over to Mike’s?)

I wish I would’ve thought to take a pic of my sad one slice of roast beef because it was literally ONE, thin slice. I had to add my own meat from home so it wasn’t a vegetarian sandie and even then the bread was overcooked and hard in most spots therefore only a 1/4 of it was edible. Should I have went back with my “evidence” & requested more meat? Possibly, but who wants to be labeled a Karen and drive back to the store once you’re settled with your Diet Coke & sandie?? Also, I get everything is more expensive now, but Mikes, COME ON, your prices shot up BEFORE these looney tariffs. It’s only still an option because they do offer a good rewards program and lack of other choices close by.

An aside: My (called in) order was also missing a sandwich & I had to wait for 10 min while they made it but that was handled well when the cashier apologized and offered me a soda while I waited so I’m not holding that against them as sh…mistakes, happen.

Not sure what the point of having special instructions option if it's not followed by the staff making the orders. That pretty much ruined my dinner.

We received a 25% off catering order coupon in the mail. We had been frequent catering customers prior to this. The issue is that catering orders are so easily done online, but this coupon is only redeemable in the actual store. This implies you have to go to the store and order all your catering and wait for them to package it all up. This seems like a bait and switch luring folks to order catering, but never having to actually give 25% off. This is probably the last time we go to Jersey Mikes.
