We received a 25% off catering order coupon in the mail. We had been frequent catering customers prior to this. The issue is that catering orders are so easily done online, but this coupon is only redeemable in the actual store. This implies you have to go to the store and order all your catering and wait for them to package it all up. This seems like a bait and switch luring folks to order catering, but never having to actually give 25% off. This is probably the last time we go to Jersey Mikes.

Above my expectations from a sandwich place. Even at a busy time of day the place is clean, everyone is friendly and kind and sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. This will be my new place for a quick and yummy lunch.

First time at a Jersey Mike's. Food was fresh tasting. I normally go to Subway, but I felt the sandwiches here were made with better quality, especially with their bacon. One only thing I wished I could do was have my bread toasted, but overall it was fine

Loved the staff so this 3☆ review isn't on them. It's for the higher management. Get the AC fixed! It's warm and muggy in there. I'm a GM of a restaurant. There are no excuses. Effort has not been put in to make them more comfortable as they work extremely hard for you while they make what? Minimum wage or a tiny bit above? You've got a great crew - you don't want to lose them.

I came in to redeem my birthday points, and eventhough I was at a different location than my accounts preference, The cashier was patient and honored it. I was able to provide my number in the end, and the guy even comped me a tastycake! Wins all around.

This particular location is extra awesome! Friendly, funny, totally welcoming vibe and most importantly… these guys crafted me the actual Perfect Sandwich. They recommend the freshest bread and customized each sandwich just how I wanted them. It was the *exact* thing I needed after a long day at work. Thanks for everything!!
