First time eating here at this location and I will say it's such a great Buffalo chicken sub! However was deeply disappointed as my cookie was bite size when I normally have a way bigger one at other locations.

I went in to pick up an UberEats order the people didn't acknowledge me at all (FYI I'm Latina). A white person walks in immediately they acknowledges them. My order is ready they placed it there they didn't even let me know. If I wasn't checking the bag I wouldn't have know. I tried to verify the order as ubereats requires and the person at the cash register seemed annoyed. Smh horrible customer service, at least toward us Latin Folks.

Second time in one week order messed up. Last Saturday, ordered Philly, no green pepper/no onion add jalapeño. So steak, cheese and jalapeño Called mgr as received (mushroom pep and onion sandwich) no meat in a Philly. Very nice, said name and that we could return and get a new one last week. (We had to throw away #1 as no one likes mushrooms sandwich here. So returned tonight, ordered in person, guy wrote it down, steak, cheese, jalapeño and chipotle mayo- on white bread. Recvd wrong bread, no jalapeño, no chipotle mayo. Soooooo at least he could eat this one, but after writing order down, apologizing nicely, but then messing up again! He wouldn't really let me watch, said it would be a while, but my goodness- just make the right stupid sandwich.

These guys kept the doors open at 8:55 pm. They served me with smiles. I'm use to businesses closing ten minutes before to get staff out but these guys and this business is professional. I found out these names were Domingue and Victor the Jersey Mike's Twins. I tell ya these guys moved fast and appreciate thier service. Shout to these guys and hope they get raises or management soon. Store is clean as well. Shout out to this entire team.

The subs are great the 75% of the time they make my order correctly. Not sure if the orders through the mobile app are hard to read, but they need to focus more on what the customer wants and doesn't want on their sandwich.
Terrible customer service. Was lied to about how long my order would take. Kept moving it back and would say it was next then 5 orders later I'd ask and same thing. Worst sub shop, not worth the price of the sub either. Considering how much they charge they should hire more workers or don't lie to drivers who are on a schedule.

obviously the subs are amazing and that's that. but the service is what makes the difference, being able to walk in and be greeted with a smile even with your kids that make a big mess every time in row. Subs and service are to die for.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike's and man it was one delicious sandwich and I got the giant size one which was huge and easily lasted me for a few days. The staff was friendly and professional and they had my sub done in no time. The store was clean but not too much room inside I think they may have some seats outside too but I am not sure. Parking is free there is no drive thru. I highly recommend this place and will be back for more.

Awesome sandwiches! I get the Philly cheesesteak and spicy chicken cheesesteak. Both were fantastic and high quality. Skip Subway and go here for the good stuff.

This is for the location on Cornell Road in Portland, Oregon. I went there after work to grab sandwiches for my family who live quite a bit away. They first could not got any sandwhich order right. They were messing up all the condiments: adding mayo when I didn't ask for it, forgetting bacon, forgetting mustard, adding tomato when I didn't ask for it. It was a mess and took forever to get the order right. When I paid for it, apparently I got charged for my 4 sandwiches but they only put 3 of them in the bag. I didn't realize and drove two hours away. Once I got home, I tried calling them multiple times and just kept getting forwarded and not able to reach anyway after trying multiple times for quite awhile. Never going back here again!!!
