Ordered from Uber eats tonight and I have been disappointed in the past from the last jimmy johns, I got. But this location? 10/10. Super well packed incredibly made and wrapped beautifully AND all instructions were followed! I was so impressed, I had to call and thank the store themselves. And i'm leaving this review. Looks like you all have the perfect team up there! Thanks so much for making my dinner great! Will absolutely be returning to this location and this location only.

The crew is friendly, sandwiches are fast, and I love their bread! Wish it wasn't so expensive, but definitely beats eating yoga mat material at Subway though!

What's up with the kid that sneezed right over the sandwich they were making and all over the vegetables sitting on top of the cooler!? In stead of tossing what they just contaminated they finished making it and wrapped it up for the person coming to get it.

Service is fine, delivery is always on time, and the people who take my order are always polite. However, the bacon at Jimmy Johns is a joke. I always order the same thing, have for years, the JJBLT. Over the years their bacon has quickly been disappearing from the sandwich. My most recent order was the most pathetic display of a BLT I’ve seen in my entire life. Paper thin bacon, no wider than my middle finger. I don’t have anything against this JJs in particular, but JJ corporate needs to quit skimping customers. Just for the record, as of the date of this review a package of thick sliced bacon at Winco is $8.95 and a JJBLT is $11.65. So, tastetickler down the street or sandwiches at home going forward, but JJ will not be an option anymore.

Their vegetables tasted like they got completely soaked in chemicals and never cleaned off. The service was good but all this fun stuff on the walls was ripped down and they didn't even try to fix it. It's just got holes and ripped plaster all over the place. The sandwich made me sick and I love Jimmy John's but will never eat at this location again I hope it's not like this all the way around Portland
