The service was good but all this fun stuff on the walls was ripped down and they didn't even try to fix it. It's just got holes and ripped plaster all over the place. I had an absolutely disgusting interaction with the Jimmy johns employees who made my food and delivered it. The order I place on Friday was incorrect. When I confronted them about the issue they refused to do anything about it a day later and when they delivered my food incorrectly again today the delivery driver outright called me profanities because I wanted the correct order and acted like he was going to physical attack me. When I called the manager they refunded me money and refused me any further service. This place is a sick scam. The delivery driver also made fun of my profession even though I work at a local business. This place is disgusting and ill never shop the broadway jimmy johns again

I've ordered from this place only a handful of times as I'm not from Portland. I work at a medical facility as a travel nurse. I ordered Door Dash from this place for the third time ever. My phone, on rare occasions, stops receiving calls and I'll have to restart it. The delivery driver called me four times but I did not receive them. After 30 minutes past the drop off time with no food I contacted the store. The man advised me of the situation and advised that he left it at one of the doors as he couldn't get ahold of me. Of course, the food was gone once I had checked all the doors to the building. I called the facility back and the man remade my order for free and delivered again with a smile on his face. He doesn't know how big of a help that was. I will absolutely be eating there again.
