Food is good, but do NOT recommend ordering off doordash for jimmy johns. You can’t track your order, no way of knowing when it delivers, and they will not follow your doordash instructions. I tipped $4 and they never let me know they were here and left my food on the porch in the rain. Super disappointed.

Ordered on the phone, they're always getting things wrong. But the most disturbing thing is that. I had to tell the delivery driver to leave and get away from me because he was trying to linger while I opened my food. Very creepy and disturbing experience.

Everyone should try the kickin’ ranch with either the regular chips or the salt & vinegar… The combination is unmatched! Outside of the great food, the staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend :)

As a regular customer of Jimmy John's in the Midwest, I was very disappointed at 1139 NE Broadway in Portland, OR. The French bread tasted like it was a day old. "No free smells" of delicious fresh baked bread like I was used to! The meat or something else in the Italian Night Club had some strange bitter aftertaste. Fortunately, service was friendly, the only saving grace, but that's not enough. Won't be going back, but will check another franchise to see if this was a one off or not.
