I have been eating at this location very frequently for the past year, but something has changed recently. The past few times I have gone in my food has tasted horrible and rubbery. Today I went in, and they left a full sheet of paper inside of my sandwich?? How do you even do this?
The people at the store are.. usually somewhat friendly I guess..
Probably don't go here.

If I could put 0 starts I would but... I went in around 12:50 with my husband for lunch on 1/17 and they promptly said no pets allowed (no duh) I explained that she is a service dog (un-vested since it's not required per ADA) and they still refused to serve me and my husband for lunch. The lady refused to listen when I said she's a service dog she kept trying to correct me and say ESA are not allowed. She would not listen to me when I said Services Dog.
Update: Jimmy John corporate office: you can't copy and paste thoes links also my husband called and left a message about this interaction with his number.

Absolutely worst service possible, especially considering my wife and I entered their establishment with her service animal. We were denied service by an employee stating ESAs are not allowed in restaurants per OHA regulations, but despite our statement she is a service animal, we were still denied because she didn't have a vest on stating she is a service animal. I furnished her with info regarding ORS 659A.143 about Assistance Animals and how they are not required to have a vest or identifying markings, but they ignored us when we stated she is not an ESA, but a trained service animal. ADA will be notified of this issue, and we will not be returning.

Food is as expected for Jimmy John's. Service, however, was terrible. Of the two employees, one working (the manager) while the other played on her phone and ignored my presence. She was disrespectful, arrogant and lacks any customer service skills. I've given her name to corporate so it can go unstated here. Go to a different JJs and save yourself a headache for a few months. I'm sure she'll be gone soon. Until then, she'll be the one of the cell phone. She'll probably lay it next to your sandwiches like she did mine, right at the end of the sandwich making line where they wrap them. 2 Star Rating is based on her being present

Very poor quality sandwich, tastes really bad and cheap. Disgusting atmosphere, extremely loud music containing offensive language.

Sandwiches are very poorly made at this location. Gluten is poison anyway…

Food was fine. Employees were perfectly pleasant!Signage in the bathroom makes me not want to come back; so many great opportunities for witty, clever, and humorous decorations in the bathroom.. they chose lazy jokes about how men choose to pee that reinforce harmful tropes about masculinity. ?Clever signage noticably absent from the women’s room…. I guess they don’t get to have “funny” bathroom signs? I’m ok with being offended but at least make it equal for everyone ?♂️

I will never forget my first time getting a JJ sandwich. The claim of "freaky fast" was an understatement of biblical proportions. They literally handed me my sandwich before I could finish swiping my credit card...Well, that was then. This is now. The last few times I went JJ's the food is still great. Absolutely no complaints there. But 15 minutes to wait for 2 sandwiches when there's almost nobody there? That's definitely not "freaky fast"... that's freaky infuriating.Do better Jimmy... you got this.

I ordered through the app. When I went inside 2 customers that were just ordering received their orders before me. I waited 20 minutes. One of the employees came back, I assume, after a break. She was talking to someone who was not another employee. I could see a Bluetooth in her ear. All the other employees were laughing and talking to each other except the one taking orders. I could see that I was not the only customer that appeared a bit annoyed.
Great place to get a lettuce sandwich

*UPDATE*JJ's is very quick to respond to bad reviews on Google saying, "This isn't how we roll! Reach out on this link:" Link says you will get a response within 48 hours. Two week later, no response. It's a joke. They rush to Google reviews to look like their customer service is super responsive when it's non-existent. Countdown to them responding to this update with, "This is not how we roll when we say this is not how we roll!" Done with JJ's.Went in for lunch today and ordered a #10 with peppers and onions. Got back to work and... no peppers or onions. Called the store and they said I had to bring the sandwich in and they would make me another. I said I was back at work over the bridge in Vancouver. They said sorry. Really? You screw up my order and I have to take time off work to come get it remade? No credit? No coupon?I've probably ordered ~50 sandwiches from JJ over the last 3 years. I was bummed when they recently raised prices and started with the tipping screen. You want me to tip for service before the service? Or you want to guilt me into paying the wage of your underpaid workers? Well I tipped before service and when my order was screwed up, no service. I think I'm done with JJ.

During a softball game several team parents placed an order online and sent a parent to pickup the teams order. Once the parent arrived a crew member stated his online order was on the self, the parent grabbed the order (not sure what all was ordered to verify it was correct) but brought it back to the ball field. Ordering parent discovered it was not the teams ordered and call the store. Some very rude crew meme er insisted that the order be returned to the store at once, and if it was not returned they would “call corporate” on the customer, not caring that the person calling was disappointed with THEIR mistake AND had to drive all the way back to get the correct order (because who doesn’t want what they ordered) AND THE WORST AND SCARIEST PART ABOUT ALL THIS….they served the food that made its way to the ball field to the other customer (hence why they wanted it returned) I feel horrible for the poor person who ordered $80 in food that others touched and opened NOT TO MENTION it’s illegal to serve people food that has been delivered HOW GROSS!!! And by the way don’t worry about calling “corporate” crew member I’ll be calling them in the morning
Quick and great customer service
