I have tried this Jimmy John’s on multiple occasions and after my experience last night, I refuse to go back here. Don’t plan on coming here after the sun goes down, the closing crew won’t appreciate your business.

First time in a Jimmy John's, won't go back. Customer service was awful. I wasn't sure what came with my combo since all I was handed was the sandwich. I had to ask for the cup for my drink where the associate just kind of nodded towards your storage holder. Couldn't find straw or lids anywhere. Just terrible

I'm not sure why I keep coming to this location when the one on Cedar Hills is almost as close to me and provides better service. During my most recent visit, I had yet another disappointing experience.
I walked in, noticed a few people standing around waiting, and started to make my way to the counter. Immediately, one of the employees asked, "Are you picking up an online order?" I said no. He replied bluntly, "It's going to be a long wait." I stared kind of incredulously, so he said, more gruffly, "Like, a *really* long wait." I turned around and walked out, followed by another patron who said, "So much for freaky fast!"
I understand that hiring enough staff is both incredibly expensive and difficult in this labor environment. I also understand that perhaps they had an influx of online orders or a large catering order that they had committed to fill. But, he could have politely and professionally informed me of the circumstances and let me make an informed decision about whether or not I wanted to wait. Instead, I left in frustration and disappointment.

After placing an order they called and said they were out of bread. Missed sale for the store because of failure to proof enough dough at a sandwich shop is not a good look.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. the only words spoken to me was "what do you want to order" one female employee made eye contact with me and my girlfriend and then ignored us and proceeded to make the sandwhich she was working on, as If it's hard to say "hello welcome in" not only that but they ignored the small customizations to our order, it seemed like 4 of their employees were on break as well. Will never be coming back to this location. Maybe new staff or some training could fix the current issues. If you want a subpar sandwhich from jj go to this location. For a significantly better experience, go to pretty much any other jj.

This store is still great . I had a # 9 extra peppers and # 12 . They rocked it and made just as i remembered.
Got the Italian sandwich, full of ingredients and delicious. Tried the pickle flavored chips and weird at 1st but almost like a hybrid of salt & vinegar chips with its own unique flavor from the dill.
