If you come here to order food to go you can count on not getting a bag or napkins 🙄 they just hand you the sandwich. No napkins available in the dining area at all!!! Rude staff preoccupied with receiving tips!!!

Very sweet and kind staff. The sandwich I ordered is good (eating as I type this), and the atmosphere was nice, clean and tidy. I can see myself taking friends here in the future. Thanks for the excellent service!

They always make my order correctly and they call if they are out of something, when I mobile order to see what I'd like for the substitute. They go above and beyond.

First and foremost, Catherine was amazing and truly gave exceptional service. However Jeffrey should never, and I mean NEVER work in customer service again. He was rude, and I literally saw him belittle a door dash driver just because the door dasher wanted to ensure the full meal was there (which it wasn't). My sister waited in line to get food, and when Jeffrey decided to count his till for a second time, Catherine jumped to offer to take her order, only for Jeffrey to shoot her down and give my sister attitude. I called the manager today, who at first didn't seem like it was a big deal because Jeffrey's last day was yesterday, however when I asked for the district manager I was promptly shut down. So be prepared for your complaints to not be heard. They apparently don't give out that information. The manager did finally apologize after much of the conversation was done, but at that time I wanted to talk to the district. This will be my last time going to Jimmy John's.

Jeffrey is rude....i found out after I left it was his last day ....he will be lucky to get a job anywhere with his attitude towards customers and fellow employees. He was super rude to the lady working that was willing to help us as we were waiting to order for more than 5 minutes while he was counting his change at his register. I did not like the attitude he had for his fellow employee who was actually trying to help the customer. He is creating a hostile work environment. I'm hoping he changes his attitude at his next job or he will be without a job again. I went elsewhere to eat.
Edit to review: Catherine was the other employee working at the time and I didn't like the way he spoke to her. She was so nice!

This location kills it every time. I eat here roughly once a week (we listen and we don't judge) and can say they're super consistent and timely every time. Never have I ever had a bad sandwich from this location. Great portions and nice people behind the counter. I order online and never have issues with the grab and go pickup.

Really? Since when does someone tell you what you can have on your sandwich? I ordered a slim 5 with guacamole and was told I couldn't have it. I was willing to pay extra. Then another slap I pick up the sandwich and she asked me if I want catchup or mustard. It takes 1 swipe and 2 seconds. For the owner-I was there at 1:30 today
The guy at the cash register refused to let me have guacamole. He didn't even bother to ask me if I had a Jimmy John's card!
