Jin Dak is the best Korean in PDX. The bibimbap is absolutely exceptional. Healthy portion, quality ingredients. The kimchi fries are a fun unique side. I’m obsessed with this food cart and hope it stays around forever! 10/10 could not recommend this place enough.

I tried the fried chicken sandwich, as well as the boneless wings with sweet chili sauce. Both were amazing! Texture and flavor was on point, even the side salad was vibrant and fresh. Amazing customer service, will absolutely be back to try more :)
Amazing food, really good quality and great price !!! I’ve tried their boneless wings, snapper fish hoagie, bibimbap, and kimchi fries. All were amazing — especially the kimchi fries. The owner is also very nice! I can’t stop coming back to this place, it’s definitely one of my favorite places in Portland.

This place is a treasure. I've never had a less-than-delicious bite here, including the Bi Bim Bap, fried chicken, and fish hoagie. The owner is delightful, and even the soundtrack (vintage jazz) always puts a smile on my face.
