I don't think chicken can be fried any better than this, for 12 bucks, you're getting fried perfection and a side. Only a handful of tots, but I think just enough to constitute a side. Would absolutely come back.

I loved this food truck — the food was delicious and the owner was kind and friendly. I ordered the snapper fried hoagie, which I would 100% recommend. I’m excited to go back and try the other dishes!

Jin Dak is the best Korean in PDX. The bibimbap is absolutely exceptional. Healthy portion, quality ingredients. The kimchi fries are a fun unique side. I’m obsessed with this food cart and hope it stays around forever! 10/10 could not recommend this place enough.

I tried the fried chicken sandwich, as well as the boneless wings with sweet chili sauce. Both were amazing! Texture and flavor was on point, even the side salad was vibrant and fresh. Amazing customer service, will absolutely be back to try more :)
