Stopped by for lunch while my car was being worked on across the street. I actually live around the corner, so I was sorry I hadn't tried this local place before now. We started off trying to go to original pancake house. We got there only to find out is closed Monday and Tuesday. A quick Internet search took us to JJ‘s. What a wonderful experience we had! Service was fabulous. Food was fabulous.

Coffee was fresh not bitter.
The owners run the place, Lupe was a great hostess. And her husband Josue (the chef) was busy in the kitchen
They make the chicken fries chicken from scratch. Hash browns were perfect crunch on the outside, soft on the inside and nice and brown color as hash browns should be.
