Simple menu. Good food. A bit more expensive than I expected but I guess everything is these days. But over $50 for burgers fries and parking for two, with no drinks seems excessive.

Standard Portland over hype. The business model is solid, do one thing and do it well except they don't do it well.The JoJo's have this batter/crust on them that hardens before the JoJo can cook through so you end up with a tough hard crust (not crunchy). And kind of flavorless. Interior is nice, service is great, food looks amazing yet underperforms. I've only been once and I'll give it another try and update this review if I feel differently but for now I give it an ehhhh. Pictured, JoJo hash. Gravy was ehhhh.

Staff is friendly and there is always plenty of tables and a generally warm vibe. Unfortunately the burgers always leave me with a slight stomach ache. I’ve had jojos many times before but there is something about the way they’re deep fried here that was lacking in flavor but high on grease.

I ordered a southern fried tofu sandwich and got a crappy $16 dollar salad delivered instead, it’s mainly iceberg lettuce. I tried reordering it again and they messed up the order again! To add a meat to this salad it’s $7.50. On DoorDash it shows the salad as a burger, so maybe they need to change one of those photos.

12/01/2024 (Sun) The restaurant has a spacious and open atmosphere with a fast-food-style setup where you order and pay before seating yourself. We enjoyed a beer🍺, a cocktail (Jojo Carajillo)🍸, a BLT sandwich, a chicken bacon sandwich ($16), and the original plain Jojo ($6.50). The freshly fried Jojos were piping hot and had a wonderfully soft and warm texture inside. Even though we ordered a regular size, the portion was huge! Everything was delicious. The only small disappointment was that we added an egg to the BLT for an extra $2, but it wasn’t included. It might have just been a simple mistake. Other than that, all the dishes were freshly made, generously portioned, and tasted great!🥰

Excellent service, not only did they answer all questions but gave recommendations as well. Having got the chicken bacon rancho sandwich, it is what it says it is. The jojo’s are really good and you get a great portion for the price, also the dipping sauce is a good compliment. Would come back to try more!

Behold, our new standing brunch spot! We loved that they had so many vegan options too.
Came back again for dinner and had the loaded spicy jojos. My jaw literally dropped when they brought it out. Highly recommend! ❤️?❤️?❤️
