Very disappointed with my visit today. Ordered pick-up for 6:45PM and my food was not ready. I was told to sit down and wait another five minutes for my order. I didn’t get my order until 25 minutes later and it wasn’t even correct. Apparently the young lady at register (she was pregnant) just decided to let me order sit in the pick up box for GP. She walked past me several times knowing my order was ready but didn’t say anything. I was finally asked by another lady what I was waiting on and she went right back and got my order. My 2nd time coming here in a week but I will not be back. I get the feeling they did. It care about me waiting and was just being mean for no reason. I really feeling sick for leaving a tip.

I had the brisket sandwich special. The bun was the great, the brisket was awful. Rubbery and tasted freezer burnt. This was no where near a melt in your mouth brisket. Not even a decent brisket. So bad. The au ju was oddly sweet and didn’t add anything to the meat. Or did it even come from the meat? It was bad. They need to take it off the menu immediately. I had a side of brussel sprouts that were charred to a crisp, underseasoned and over rated. I barely got a full spout, it was mostly just a plate of fried leaves. The person who took my order was kind but she should have steered me away from the brisket rather than said it was “sooo good”. I sat outside, it was pleasant, the inside seemed kinda ho-hum. Not sure I’ll come back - I can get great smash burgers and fried chicken other places.

So, I'd like to give this place 5 stars, but the place is a lie. They are named jojo, say they have jojos, but it's a lie. They have the best fried baked potatoes I've had in a while, but they sure as heck aren't actual jojos. They aren't pressure fried. They're double cooked. That's not a jojo. Liars.

Hostess(s) were amazing! Went above and beyond. Bartender.. not even close lol. I went to the bar 2 separate times to get a beer, first time I waited patiently at a not so busy bar.. someone who seemingly wasn’t the bartender asked what I would like after about 5 minutes while the bartender did whatever she was doing. Totally fine, service was provided! Second time, bar is dead.. bartender sat and talked to a gentleman about an “underground rave” for 5+ minutes as I stood awkwardly looking to order a drink, no acknowledgement, nothing lol. She glanced over at me as if she was annoyed I was interrupting her conversation, or maybe just stoned? Couldn’t tell. Again after some time, someone who seemingly wasn’t the bartender took my order. As a seasoned bartender/owner, I wouldn’t act like this behind the bar, but I digress.
Bartender sucks, food was alright.. all other FOH was remarkably friendly & killed it!

The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant from the moment we walked in. Their friendly attitude made the experience even better. The food was excellent—flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Portions were generous, definitely worth the price. Highly recommend for both the service and the food!

Really excellent sandwiches and jojos. The chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, the BLT was stacked and had excellent textures. The spicy loaded JoJo's were enormous, and went very well with their ranch.

Love it, if you are in the area, you have to try it. We had the spicy burger, Mr onion burger fried spicy tofu and chicken burger and stacked potato fries. I don't know what it's called but it was good. If you can't handle spices, tell him to cut down on the spices, but those spices are so good.
