I fondly remember jojos and ranch from my past omivorous days, and couldnt wait to try these! But these jojos weren't much like I remembered. The vegan ranch was great, and so was the jojo sauce. But the jojos themselves were crunchy and dry, rather than soft and greasy like i remembered. The flavor was pleasant, but didnt penetrate inside like I remembered. Some of my companions liked them, but sadly I wouldnt be eager to go back. They also mixed up vegan and non-vegan items when ordered, and there was no written list provided of what was ordered so it was hard to confirm.
The best cart in Portland. Service, food-everything

Jojo comes up on a lot of PDX "Best of..." lists, and as a result, when I was looking to book a reservation and found no convenient time slots available, I figured the next best alternative would be to skip the BS and just hit up the food cart. Good choice.
Reasonably priced for a premium burger in Portland, I went with the Mr. Onion Burger, which lived up to the name in every way possible: an assortment of awesome Alliums assembled under a bun, and tied together with a tasty, tangy Alabama white mustard. Very much approved! I'm now even more intrigued to return and try the Spicy Cheeseburger, which would normally have been my #1 pick, but I wanted to try something different.
Of course, one can't eat at Jojo's without trying the Jojo's, right? And my visit was no exception: a small order of the Nashville Hots was a fantastic accompaniment, even if the red sauce and breading got absolutely everywhere! And even a small order is a sizeable portion, meaning I took half of it home with me, for later.
Jojo came with a lot of hype and expectations, but they knocked it out of the park, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And if you're like me, and you don't need any pretense to enjoy a classic burger at a reasonable price, don't bother reserving a table in NW; just head over to this cart on SE Powell.
Parking: Plenty of parking at the John's Marketplace lot.
Kid-friendliness: It's a food cart pod, so both kid and pet friendly.

Atmosphere is great- I’ll give it that. I’ve stopped here a couple times for jojos and a drink, those were great.
Though tonight, I thought I’d try the chicken sandwich and was sadly disappointed. Really lack of flavor on the chicken and a soggy texture on the interior (must have been from the frying grease) $14 on THIS chicken sandwich! I had to throw it away after two bites, a complete waste of money and time!
Side note: Was debating between here or Popeyes for dinner tonight. Never again will I come back here for a chicken burger! $14 to the trash! I could have got a whole meal under the price of my cost tonight. But wanted to support and branch out to try something new here.
Being that my order is take out, I tried to call the restaurant to see how they can make it right- but no one picked up- of course! They NEVER pick up their phone!

It's okay as far as a burger goes, but it's a 13 dollar burger that's just kind of okay. 13 bucks is a bit much

Rude service and the bigger sin, the chicken sandwich tasted old, bland and stringy. The last time I had a chicken melt and it was raw. Oh also too expensive, never again!!!!!!!!!!!

17$ bones for a little chicken sandwich? While charging a dollar for sides of sauce... go elsewhere
Visited Portland from Tri-Cities, WA. Stopped here for lunch and was not disappointed. I got a chicken sandwich and JoJos and they were awesome! A bit 'pricey' but you get what you pay for both portion size and quality. Great outdoor seating, beautiful day and was able to comfortably bring my dog! Very happy with the experience and I look forward to recommending them for anyone who asks for a nice place to eat!
Vegetarian options: My partner got the tofu sandwich and was impressed!

Great food and atmosphere. I was genuinely surprised by how good the Tofu based chicken sandwiches are - you can't taste the difference.
