The bacon chicken ranch sandwich was fire!!! So juicy and full of flavor. The ranch was next level!!! The jojos were nice and crispy when I got home as well. 10 stars!

Ordered a standard chicken sandwich and the first bite almost made me gag. I love chicken thighs but absolutely NOT in a chicken sandwich. It was greasy and tough. Had to throw it away. $14 straight to the trash can!

I’ve been here before and it’s been great, but this time i got an order of Jojos and they’re TERRIBLE. undercooked and white, the batter is all chewy and tastes very bad, super dissapointing as this stuff is expensive! also the walkway up to the window is very inaccessible.

The last time I came there about 30 minutes before closing and ordered a burger along with thighs. I waited for the order for a very long time, and in the end, instead of thighs, I got a piece of grilled chicken, which was compensated by some dessert that they make there.
Apparently, by the end of the working day they ran out of thighs, and this happens all the time, I have no complaints here. I don’t understand another thing - why couldn’t they have said this right away, so that I wouldn’t waste my time and money on something that I didn’t even order in the first place? Of course, this is not the problem of the establishment, but of an individual employee. Also, I must say that in general they make good food - especially smash burgers are my favourite. But this particular situation spoiled the impression of the place where I often went before.
