Was at the bar on a Saturday at 5:30 PM started a game of pool and no one came to ask us if we wanted any drink orders or food orders we were planning to eat and drink and spend the next 2 to 3 hours. Chose to spend our money elsewhere wound up spending around $150 with their competitor instead since no one seemed to want to serve us.

Great food, if you like pool ? they have four tables. If you go there on a Tuesday they have all you can eat spaghetti ? that is reallygood and they have a great happy hour.

First visit with a buddy for happy hour beers and dinner. Somewhat loud but i might just be getting old so...Service was friendly and dinner came quickly after ordering.Meal was hot and tasty, beer was cold and tasty.I noticed that there was plenty of parking and easy access off of 224 near Bob's Red Mill.
Come in at lunch. Chris the chef is amazing, everything is so good! Oh, & Misty can pour a mean Long Island ?

Our waitress / bartender was quite obviously very drunk. She was very handsy and touched everyone at the table but failed to take our food order or drink order. Then we ordered our drinks and food at the bar and the drinks never came but the food did eventually. Quite literally the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant in Portland... Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonald's or Taco Bell if you need food nearby. If you want to be amazed at just how poorly a bar/ restaurant is staffed and run this is the place

Great food available here. The street tacos are AMAZING! Can't wait to order them again. The service was slow but they were busy and only had 2 servers. It was pretty loud there as it was quite busy. It was hard to have a conversation at our table.A band started at 8 PM and they were way too loud. We left as soon as we finished eating. I think we'll wait to go back when we can sit outside.

Honestly I didn't have high hopes this being the establishment that it is but nothing could prepare me for the experience I was about to have at Jo's saloon. Hands down our server was the worst server I've ever dealt with in my life. First thing I have to mention is the unwanted hand touching she was doing to me and my boyfriend. We informed her when she initially arrived at the table that we were ready to order our food and drinks. She pushed back on this that I will get your drinks and then we'll go from there on the food. So we waited the drinks came and she ran off didn't ask us anything about what we wanted to eat. So we gave it a while to see if maybe she was coming back because she had some plans to take care of this and the other thing first. She did not come back. We were on our lunch so I took the initiative to go up to the bar and ask her to put in our food order. I received way too much attitude for no reason upon this happening. Then she couldn't remember who had what to eat and actually was walking around with our food trying to figure out who ordered it. We never received our drinks only a lot of attitude. I would not have normally ventured into a place of this sort for lunch with my boyfriend but I was working very close by and didn't want to travel far for lunch. Boy what a disappointment I set myself up for on this one. You would say how bad could it be it's a bar it is what it is you get what you pay for but what we received was far worse than anyone could ever imagine.
