The food is DELICIOUS. The sauce is never overwhelming like some places are, salmon is fresh and creamy. One tiny complaint is the brown rice seems kinda lumpy but it’s a minor point and everything else more than makes up for it

I’ve been a loyal customer of Joy Poke for the last year because their poke bowls are consistently fresh, flavorful, and customizable to exactly what I’m craving. The fish quality is great, and the portions are good, even if the prices have crept up a bit over time.
That said, I’ve recently had to switch to takeout only. The air fresheners inside the restaurant are extremely strong and overpowering. What used to be a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal has become a space that gives me nausea and a massive headache within minutes of sitting down. It's a real shame because I used to love dining in.
I considered sitting outside instead, but the outdoor tables usually have bugs crawling on them, which isn’t much better. So now, I order to-go and enjoy my bowl at home. Still love the food, just wish the dining experience felt as welcoming as it used to.

I was really disappointed with my recent pickup order. The quality of the salmon and other food items didn't match the pictures I'd seen online at all, and frankly, it was quite a letdown. The taste and overall quality were far from what I expected. My overall store experience didn't make up for it either.

This place is beyond good. The owner make my plate the way he likes it and I’ve been enlightened. The food has always been good. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I recommend letting the owner do his thing and I don’t think anybody would ever be dissatisfied.

I am going through the previous reviews, and I am kind of surprised by the mixed reviews. Some complaints of small portions from their Uber eats.... maybe your driver had a snack. My portion was a medium order and was enough to fill me up, and then some. Others complaining about no bathroom or hand-wash area.... some places have gone away from this due to the misuse and lack of care to their facilities. Their is a large bottle of hand sanitizer right as you walk up to the counter if you're truly that worried. As for my food? It was fantastic. 👏🏼 I have never been here until now. The man behind the counter was very informative on what all the sides and toppings were, walked me through my entire order. He was very kind. The flavor of this bowl was outstanding. The chunks of tuna were also large for being in a poke bowl. They have many different sauces that other poke places don't have. They only thing I could recommend is to have actual Wasabi available. Good stuff! Will definitely visit again!

IDK how you can operate a restaurant nowadays with no customer restroom and no customer Wi-Fi? The person behind the counter wasn't super friendly tho, so IDK if they actually don't have these things or if they somehow thought I was homeless spending $25 on poke because I just happened to have my cart of stuff with me since I had just come from work. The food was great tho; I'd come back on a day when it's not raining and I don't have to stay there to eat.
