Very nice people, Butt if you are looking for anything but teriyaki, then you will regret it...

Super bland, questionable textures, the teriyaki sauce was the worst I've ever had, tasted like cloves. Chicken katsu had zero flavor and a very spongey texture.

Chicken curry very tasteless.. NO curry! Spicy chicken, NOT spicy! They are trying, but not hard enough. I only ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to create a scene. Could have been better. But if this is what is offered, feel free to accept sub par

Hands down the best joy terryaki of them all!! I live just a few blocks from a different one but drive right past it to go to this foster location. It’s noticeably better. As well as always professional. Consistent quality food that’s reasonably priced. It’s my go to multiple days a week.
I always get the chicken breast terryaki bowl with fried rice and a side of noodles.
I even left my phone there once which they found and kept safe for me, even staying late so I could come back and get it.
I cannot say enough good things about this place!
You will not be disappointed.

I have been a regular customer a very long time always ordering the spicy pork bowl and for some reason many times when I have picked my order up brought it home. I realized it's a beef bowl a couple of times I never said anything but then it just continued to happen so I said something. Last week with my order, the lady was super nice. She apologized had me come in the next day and get what I ordered.
On my next order which was this week? I ordered a spicy pork bowl and I got beef.
I also ordered Spring rolls. Realized when I got home. There were no Spring rolls in there. I called spoke to Lindsey who had to be probably one of the most rudest people I've ever spoke to in a restaurant and she's running the show.
I told her that Hey. For whatever reason my Spring rolls weren't in there, you know, it happens I was being completely understanding. She immediately interrupted me and said no. I put them in there well, I'm sorry they weren't in there. Then she very angrily, yelled at me and said to me. Are you calling me a liar? I said absolutely not. I was just letting you know that they were not in the bag...
So I just ended the conversation with her because of her attitude and how rude she was to a customer. Then I realized that I got a beef bowl. I ordered pork I was not going to call back. And take her abuse again., by letting her know that what I ordered is not what I got. I got a beef bowl. So the next day I called spoke to Juan, who was apparently the manager, probably more like the owner i, spoke to him and let him know what happened.And how unfortunate it was that she had to have such a foul attitude towards me he had told me to come in the next day and pick up the pork bowl and the spring rolls so I went in the next day and miss sunshine Lindsey was there when I picked up my order.
At that point, lindsey chose to humiliate me in front of other customers by telling me that. From now on when I pick up my order. They have to go through every item in my order because of their inability to get my order straight. This is how they're treating me. I was appalled at this.
So I wanted to speak with the manager or the owner Juan because what joys teriyaki is doing is calling me a liar telling me the spring rolls were in the bag mapparently they do not believe that I did not get a pork bowl what was really upsetting to is, as Lindsey was taking each item out of my order to show me.She had a smirk on her face.It was absolutely incredible.Then when I left she thought it was pretty funny.And she kept looking out at me and laughing so when I tried.
To call today incredibly joys teriyaki which would be specifically Lindsey actually blocked my phone number as a customer.
I have never, ever been treated this way by an establishment. I'm a local artist just trying to survive & dining with local businesses. When I finally got through as I was able to remove the block spoke with juan and amazingly. He tells me he doesn't want any trouble and he does not want any violence so therefore I am not to ever call that restaurant again. Wow Lindsay.What lie did you tell Juan about me? First of all he thinks i'm a liar and a thief of Spring rolls, but now he thinks I'm a violent person, which could not be any further from the truth. Really, really really bad service

Confused by these reviews!! We got this ordered for delivery 20 minutes away and the chicken katsu arrived hot, fresh and still crispy! The soy sauce that came with was some of the best we ever had. We will be back to try in person!

The heavier set maybe 25-30 year old I want to say cis girl but she might have been transgender was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, refused me service for my “shirt not being long enough”. I went to the car and changed, came back in asked if it was okay only for her to physically get in my face and say “drop your attitude” when I was simply asking if I was allowed entry after changing. I then called asking for her name to write a review only for her to hang up on me. Would NOT recommend attending this location if this person is working.

Service was horrible. Placed an order for pick up. When arrived I asked for extra sauce. They want to charge me $.50 for each sauce after I had already placed two dinner plates. The front cashier was argumentative and not friendly at all. Then when asking for water, I was told it would be an extra 50 Cent. This restaurant will lose out on two plates over two dollars. Do not go here.
