Absolutely unacceptable. The food was terrible — tasteless, low-quality, and clearly not fresh. There was zero service. We were ignored the entire time, and no staff member made any effort to help. The place was filthy: dirty tables, sticky floors, and utensils that looked like they hadn’t been washed. Worst of all, the staff were rude and arrogant, with a disgusting attitude toward customers. This restaurant is a disgrace. It should be reported and inspected. Do not waste your time or money here.

Food is better than average; to-go order, excess fluid made the bag a mess, no extra sauces, napkins, or utensils other than a fork (no chopsticks!) Despite decent food, will not return.

The poor quality of this food has been an inside joke between me and a friend for 10 years.

Stir-fried veggies with choice of protein was stellar with the large portion size, fresh veggies, barbecue grilled chicken & sauce. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to sit down before it was ready! I'll be back. While you're in the plaza parking lot, see if VAN can get you in for a pedicure at Miracle Nails and Spa. She's so gentle with me, the scaredy-cat 😂

USED to be spectacular. Now there's no service at all, food quality is low, takes FOREVER and they prioritize delivery orders over folks physically showing up. I can not recommend this place anymore!

I told myself I wouldn't go back, because last time I went I was *aggressively* underwhelmed by their beef teriyaki. I got a beef bulgogi bowl in addition to the teri beef plate, and was so bummed to realize the bulgogi was nothing like a real bulgogi bowl...it was literally the same beef as the teri plate, but had onions added. And $16 for a teri beef plate that is nothing but mid beef with rice and a side of chopped cabbage????

But...they're within walking distance from my house, and it's fast and easy. So I went again today...and I regretted it. Ngl, I'm probably still going to go back at some point because of the convenience.

But just look at what they sold me as curry. I paid $18 and it was literally a gelatinous blob when I opened the container. 😪 I had to stir it with my fork to get it even somewhat pourable over my katsy. This is not curry.

Very nice people, Butt if you are looking for anything but teriyaki, then you will regret it...
Sample pic was supposed to be Orange chicken.... it's actually an Orange sickening sweet mess that will have you regretting your life choice.

Super bland, questionable textures, the teriyaki sauce was the worst I've ever had, tasted like cloves. Chicken katsu had zero flavor and a very spongey texture.

Chicken curry very tasteless.. NO curry! Spicy chicken, NOT spicy! They are trying, but not hard enough. I only ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to create a scene. Could have been better. But if this is what is offered, feel free to accept sub par

Hands down the best joy terryaki of them all!! I live just a few blocks from a different one but drive right past it to go to this foster location. It’s noticeably better. As well as always professional. Consistent quality food that’s reasonably priced. It’s my go to multiple days a week.
I always get the chicken breast terryaki bowl with fried rice and a side of noodles.
I even left my phone there once which they found and kept safe for me, even staying late so I could come back and get it.
I cannot say enough good things about this place!
You will not be disappointed.
