Just spent two days in the car traveling across the country and was starving. I was told to try this place and so I went. I never got to try the food because the girl taking my order had a bad attitude. She was so rude while taking my order that felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. You guys will never get my business because customer service matters. Please do better!

This is not what it use to be! Must of changed ownership because the food does not taste the same! Especially the Mongolian chicken it was horrible fried so crispy there was no me left in it and when I let the staff know she said there’s chicken in there like I was lying when I wasn’t even asking for money back how rude! Probably why there was no customers in there! She could of at least came to look and agree and maybe offer to remake it! I used to love joy teriyaki but now I don’t know if I try it again it definitely won’t be this location!

The food was very poorly served. The portions are very small but the prices are up. I get the inflation but the bowl was not even full and the rice was fluffed as to make it seem like there was more. That was very disappointing and left unsatisfied. I was still hungry and upset that the taste was not up to par with other teriyakis I’ve visited. The hot sauce bottle was gross and sticky and to top it off the sauce was not even spicy.I also forgot to take a picture cause I was really hungry but will not be returning here again.

I eat here ALLL THE TIME!!! It’s my after work out go to hands down!!! Usually I have the best, quickest experiences until today! Normally I would give 5 stars for all the categories but today interacting with the older woman at the register had me go back and give service a one which is sad but I want to be clear…. EVERYONE ELSE IS GREAT!!! This woman today shouldn’t be allowed to not only take orders but interact or bag them as well!!! Aside from being incredibly slow and resistant to trying to get my order right… when I called back to address the issue and items she missed she told me basically too bad and argued with me and basically told me too bad she wasn’t going to fix it! I will be absolutely sure I never go here again if she is working…. Everyone else… kudos u guys are completely AWESOME!!!! ?????? other lady today do them a favor and retire or quit or find a job where customer service is off the table because you are absolutely terrible!!! When you’re gone this place gets 5 stars again!!! Just AWFUL!!!!

This was gross. Too greasy and salty! If I could, I would get a refund. I paid $16 for this. Unbelievable. The bathrooms were very dirty and in need of a remodel. I would not spend my money here again. Overpriced and poorly cooked.

Just perfect flavors, rates, tastes and amounts - oh mmmmm fried rice with chicken, chicken & beef teriyakis were wonderful, egg rolls, potstickers were also so so tasty! We want the best and Joy Teriyaki delivers it!
