Very amazing food. Very happy and nice joyful people as the name implies lol but omg the portions I got for this are actual insane (in a good way) for how the economy has been effect restaurants. :)

A lot of good for a good price! Food is always hot and delicious. I would recommend the sesame chicken and the bbq fried rice.

When I worked near here, I ate here a couple times a week. Now, if I'm in the neighborhood I stop and take something, usually Kung Pao Chicken, home for later. Their food is delicious.

This place discriminate against people of color. I would immediately boycott. I waited 30 minutes while the cashier attend to everyone non color.

Kung Pao somehow didn't have a single vegetable in it.

Cold noodles had some funky peanut sauce instead of the delicious sesame szechuan concoction one would expect and the noodles were strange - like they were reheated or something.

Servings were massive but I'd take quality over quantity.

I went to get lunch today, and the person in front of me was extremely rude—clearly, he didn’t want to be there. Even the kitchen staff were giving him looks, as if to say, ā€œAre you crazy?ā€ I urge the owners to ensure that only employees who enjoy their work interact with customers. Regardless of how good the food might be, I’ll think twice about coming here again after being treated so disrespectfully.

I wanted to enjoy the food. The Szechuan beef tasted like the meat was spoiled and it was 60% celery. I was afraid to eat it after the first bite. The chow mein was somehow flavorless, and hardly any pork. I ordered the BBQ pork. I would have been better off at Panda Express, or frozen from Trader Joe’s, and that’s sad. Bummer . The guy was cool and fun to talk to though. So that’s cool…

The Portland area has some of the best chinese food. The shrimp fried rice and egg rolls were so good.

In my opinion, The Joy Wok is some of the best Chinese food in the area. Their General Tso's is the best in the state, and their BBQ Pork Fried Rice is to die for.
