Called in and placed an order for 5 of the fish and chips. All of the orders were the same. The fish was fried too long, overcooked and nearly inedible-- I assume it was to hide the fact that the fish itself was very low quality. The order also included fries which were inexplicably somehow undercooked and soggy, lol. And last but not least, the "coleslaw", as evidenced in the accompanying picture, was literally shreds of dry lettuce with a glop of some type of nasty looking substance on top. They couldn't even take the time to mix the "coleslaw"? Horrible attention to detail in every aspect. I can't imagine a place with this kind of output will sustain any sort of success. They lost 5 potential return customers in one fell swoop after our experience. Take more pride in what you do and who you hire, it will go a long way to building a more honest and prosperous business.

Initially I gave this place 4 stars because it’s good and I only give 5 stars to places that I want to return to tomorrow. Turns out, I kinda wanna return today.Excellent Japanese style fish and chips (panko crusted) so it isn’t soggy or breaded but kind of crisp. Plenty of chips. Amazing cole slaw because it had an Asian dressing. Not run of the mill foodI’ve already recommended JST to 2 people.We’ll be back. Maybe tomorrow

Decent sushi if you are on the go and want something healthy. There is limited seating and a bit chilly. Staff is friendly and everything is made fresh.
