We have been coming to this place since moving here. Our last experience with new employees was abjectly bad. The cashier snapped at us (a trans couple) as soon as we began placing our order and seemed to be upset by our choices of drinks. She then clenched her fists when I asked if there was whole milk or half and half in a frappe. The experience was terrible and we left feeling really poorly about a place that has been safe and welcoming. Sad to see our regular baristas either no longer work there or something. She snapped at us on the way out as well. The other person who tried their best to fix our order was a saint despite it all. I sincerely hope this is a one off experience.

It always seems a little hectic so the staff seem overwhelmed. Recently ordered two smoothies and they were clearly just fruit + ice, without any dairy component, but it was so busy and chaotic that it didn’t seem worth it to ask them to remake them. Just kind of disappointing.

This coffee shop is undoubtedly the worst in the city, serving truly awful coffee. The baristas are completely clueless about their craft. This establishment is without a doubt the dirtiest and least knowledgeable coffee shop around. I apologize for the bluntness, but it's the truth. I'm baffled by how it has managed to earn a 4.7 rating, as this is far from accurate. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Good selection of baked goods and drinks. Just be ready to awkwardly stand at the counter waiting to order because the folks here look at you then just keep working on previous orders without saying anything courteous like "will be right with you in a minute". Maybe they don't want travelers or maybe they're just shy idk. When she was finally ready to take my order she couldn't even say "what would you like" lol just stared at me. Not really rude in my opinion but not super inviting either.

Fun funky friendly vibe at Just Bob! We went for breakfast Sammie’s & they were amazing. Lots of schmear options & big fluffy eggs. I had a spicy chai with oat milk - again, amazing.
