Love this place! I always stop by when I'm at the library. Their coffee is delicious and the spam musubi is top tier. They also have a cabinet with little trinkets like Hello Kitty & Labubu. Highly recommend!

I’m back in town visiting family and randomly discovered this boba spot because it had the convenience of a drive-thru, and I’m so glad I stopped! I got the Jasmine Milk Tea, and it was delicious. The tea had the perfect balance of flavor and creaminess, and the boba was soft and chewy. Super friendly service too! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

I’m so happy I mixed things up and tried this place, my new favorite tea spot. I got the Royal 25% sweet and it actually tastes like tea and the texture of the boba was absolutely perfect. Service was both friendly and fast. I went inside, but they also had a drive thru window, which I’ve never seen for boba before.
A different boba shop closer to me has gone extremely downhill in recent years, so I will definitely be taking the extra time to make my way here for delicious tea. I didn’t get a chance to try their food, but plan to next time I go.
This place is a gem. Great regular boba and the mango popping boba are delicious. Many flavors! Food is delicious, fried mochi and the Basque cheesecake are my favorites, and the ice cream. Drive thru makes it simple. Lovely people.

I've been coming here since I was in fifth grade, and I'm now a sophomore in high school. I love this place, and I don't think there is a single bad option on the menu. I've tried almost everything, and always liked it. I moved to Seattle last year, and I still come to just tea whenever I can. I don't even like any other boba places because this one has completely raised my standards!!

My daughter and I love this place! She is more of a bubble tea connoisseur, if you will. She really enjoyed the Brown Sugar Milk Teas with Boba and I got something akin to a Peach Smoothie. Both of us loved what we had. This place is now our go to for these types of beverages. Please stop by and give them a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. See you soon Just Tea!

My go to spot 4 boba, great costumer service, worth the prices 4 the quantity I love the punch cards been going here for abt a year and they recently added new food to their menu they recommended beef dumpling which were fire. Please show some support, bad area but good business :)
