The server was really great. I didn’t catch his name, but he was super helpful. He told me I could mix Alfredo and pesto sauce and I wish more restaurants would offer that. Especially love their pesto - it’s super garlicky in a great way. Brought my newborn and we sat inside - he quickly took a nap.

What a great spot. Easily a neighborhood gem. I visited for lunch in July and it was delightful: the covered outdoor area was well-populated, the garage doors in the dining and bar areas were both up and the indoor seats were open enough and spaced out enough that we didn’t feel crowded or rushed in the least. The serving staff was attentive but not to the point where the frequency disrupted conversation. Oh, and then there was the food! So tasty! The portions were unexpectedly generous, too. I may not be too hungry for dinner after my lunch…and I’m a-ok with that. Good stars all around.

My kind of place for a medium priced casual lunch. Pick your pasta base, add to it, and watch them cook it in the multi-pot cooker. It's just a fun place to be with a couple of buddies for lunch. Enjoy.

Justa Pasta’s atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and consistently so good. The open kitchen adds a homey touch, and the heated patio makes it a year round favorite. Their handmade pasta is incredible, especially the lasagna and seafood saffron risotto. Excellent wine list and don’t skip dessert either. The cheesecake is light and creamy, so unreal. I moved from LA last year, and this has become my go to spot for comfort Italian in Portland!

I had the spinach penne (vegan), mixed green salad and complimentary bread. The bread traditional can sometimes be hard but this was not, soft and with the provided oils was a great opener to get the stomach ready for eating. Mixed greens were just that, but the spinach penne was outstanding, my service was professional, 90’s mix on the radio, I really got the feel they were happy in their own thing and it was a great vibe. This was a great experience and I’m so glad I made the right person happy to give me a gift card here. I’ll be back soon with my kids.
Great food, friendly attentive service. Especially love the grilled shrimp and cheesecake (not together 😂).

Just moved to the area and we were excited to try this neighborhood gem. Sadly, I think this restaurant is just phoning it in. I ordered roasted mushroom lasagna - they mentioned it was the last serving left. It was inedible - the 50% of lasagna noodles and mushrooms was as hard as shoe leather and I couldn't cut it even with a knife. The spaghetti in my husband's pesto dish was delicious, but there was so much sauce that it was almost a stew! The wine, while delicious, was served warm, not at cellar temperature. The waiter was lovely and comped my inedible lasagna, but with all the great restaurants in Portland, not sure I'd try this one again.
