The food was decent but the service was atrocious. I asked for a bowl of rice for like 30 minutes, but they didn’t get it for me. I asked so many times, however, I saw the server just stood on the floor, did nothing or talk to other people.
I had the pleasure of dining at Ka Te, Portland's very best Asian restaurant! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed by the owner Eric, who was knowledgeable and passionate about the restaurant and the food they served.The food was absolutely amazing! Awesome place for late night Vietnamese food and karaoke. The place is very clean and the food is bomb. Try their shaken beef and salt and peppered squid. They won't disappoint. The TV and sound system is crystal clear. Friendly staff as well.
