This was some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. We sat at the bar and got to watch the chef make each piece, which he then described to us at each step through the tasting menu. We went early and it was a very quiet setting. We’ll definitely go back for another special occasion!
Let me set the scene. We’re a married couple in our early 30s who recently got back from Tokyo and think we’re too good for sushi in America now. Barely willing to try. We arrive at Kaede like emotionally unavailable sushi lovers with our guard up, untrusting and bracing for disappointment.

Absolutely incredible. The sushi is next level and the tasting menu price for the quality is great. The service was also great and the chef was so sweet and a joy to chat with at the sushi bar. Couldn’t recommend enough.
