Wow coffee is amazing and the bagels as well.
I have to write this review because this seems to be a recurring theme. My friends and family love coming to this place, the food is really great and the location is convenient. However, there is a staff member who is often very rude a lot of the time. We have asked other people who order separately and they have agreed that interacting with this staff member has made it burdensome to get answers or orders completed. Sometimes when there are things we need for our order instead of asking, we just prefer to not ask at all. I still really like this place and all the other staff we have interacted with at another location has been really accommodating. But it is becoming unfortunate because our group is hoping that the day we plan to come, we hope she would not be there. I'll change this review once we feel these interactions change in our next visits.
we ordered from this location over here in the southeast this morning and let me just say that this was very mediocre food and the presentation was lackluster for $50 they give you half a bagel for each bagel that you've ordered you don't get a whole bagel! sloppily put together horrible to go to the containers my coffee came with tape over the top of the thing because it doesn't have a proper lid! I'm sure the dining experience is spot on if you're dining in if you're getting to go food don't bother this place is a joke and it's a nickel and dime operation!
Great coffee, I got a honey lavender latte half sweet and the barista was extremely pleasant and didn’t mind me pestering her about the history of the shop. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. It’s a great place to go and plug in for a while. I’ll be back!
Great sandwiches and specialty coffees, the Cortado was delightful!
This is a shoutout to tea drinkers like me...Kainos Coffee has excellent hot tea! Nice atmosphere and great service, too. Great place to chill for a bit.
Deeeeeeelicious! Had the orange cardamon spice latte. Yum!
The food and coffee are super tasty, I love the rise and shine. Great atmosphere and friendly service too!!
One of my absolute favorite coffee shops ever!
Great matcha! It’s hard to find a good matcha at a coffee shop. Usually they are too weak. But I love their matcha! Give their chaga matcha a try too.

First off, I’m super stoked to have a coffee shop in walking distance to my house. It was truly a coffee desert before they arrived and I’m happy to have a neighborhood spot.
However, if you’re the unfortunate person in line after a few breakfast orders be prepared to wait. I’ve gone in there multiple times to order a DRIP COFFEE on my way to work, and waited 20 minutes.
I appreciate that they have a food program, I guess? But if y’all have one person working they can’t be back there flipping eggs. The menu needs to simplified for the employee working, items they can throw together quickly while also working the line and expediting coffee orders. No one should expect a full on breakfast anyways, grab your scone and get on with it.
Great coffee shop. Sad the Sandy location closed.
Great little spot! Only complaint is they used to have the best bagels anywhere and they switched brands or something and now they're kind of meh. But love this spot.

SE should be so lucky to have the great Kino’s. Always great customer service. We miss it dearly in NE. Made the journey down just to have an espresso.
