Food was good. Me and my wife shared a chicken sandwich and mac n cheese, mac was a tiny bit hard but still yummy and the sandwich was orgasmic! Dining area is medium size but homey super nice people

The original recipe chicken was too spicy hot for me. I don't remember them burning my mouth before

Do not order the extra crispy unless it's ordered fresh otherwise you'll probably be eating chicken that's hours old

A little disappointed KFC is one of the places that my coworkers and I like to go to for lunch and in this restaurant, unfortunately they treated us badly, they took a long time with our orders, 45 minutes to be exact and we were the only ones there at that time, my intention with this comment is not to get anyone into trouble, I just want to give my experience.

Quite possibly the smallest, coldest, and oil logged KFC I've ever been to. Ordered extra crispy and got soggy original.

It was fairly busy as well with 5 cars in the lot at 3 in the drive. Kind of hard to understand why the chicken was so terrible.

All pieces of what looked like mini chicken or XL wing sizes.

I'll rate fast food as a 5 if they live up to their standards. This was far below.

Waited in this drive thru for over half an hour tonight only to get to the speaker and have the employee a) not greet me and b) (after I’d called out “hello?” several times) inform me that they were delaying drive thru orders on purpose so they could prioritize lobby customers and that she would not be taking my order until ten minutes had passed. Making people wait ten minutes in a drive thru EVER is unacceptable (what if someone in the line runs out of gas?) but to do it on PURPOSE, to EVERY CUSTOMER, was beyond unbelievable to me. If you are that understaffed you need to put up a sign saying your drive thru is closed so that people don’t get stuck in it, not just leave people trapped in their cars with no way to leave or even know what’s going on

Ordered food in the store, after 30 minutes they told me they didn't have my order. And that they didn't know what it was. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and the employee wouldn't even talk to me. I'm held hostage AND hungry. Don't bother.

Just tried going in for lunch. There were 2-3 employees leaning against the counters back in the kitchen B.S.ing about stuff. Probably life, boyfriends, store sales. At no time did anybody even look in my direction. I walked back out and took my money elsewhere. Franchisee: it’s 3:01 on April 28 and whoever you’re paying to run your business…aren’t.Also it was weird that one of the two entry doors was blocked by a permanent garbage can and a high chair. I had to carefully squeeze around it to get in. Somebody else may not have my agility and viola, you have a lawsuit.

I stopped going because, I kid you not, they were always out of chicken.

They forgot my food in my order, so I didn't get to eat, but my family enjoyed theirs.
