Chicken was fresh, as was everything else. Service was excellent! The 3 stars is for the pricing, a 5 piece chicken tender combination was $16.99! I was utterly shocked - it’s more expensive than Burgerville!

The chicken that we received was old hard stale, like the grease wasn't even cleaned. Whoever's working in there at this time, which today is December, the fourth 2025 at 7, they do not need to be in the kitchen or y'all need better services, because this is ridiculous if somebody's spending their money and they're getting old food. You can give somebody food poisoning

First I went to the drive-thru and the girl with the somewhat long dark hair was extremely rude then I had to come back because they forgot my food and she was rude because she said that I said I didn't want my fries I never said that not a smile not a thank you not that you're welcome extremely rude don't go here they forget your food all the time

We had a good experience at this KFC. The service was friendly, and the chicken was fresh. The dining area was clean and well maintained, and parking was plentiful. Overall, this KFC is one of the better ones I've visited.

Very nice staff, but the wait wasn't great. I hardly ever give a 3 star review. Lol they said they were out of chicken so I could only get a chicken sandwich. I had to wait like 15 minutes for it in a parking spot. Small lobby. Really not the employees fault I don't know what the issue is exactly with what's going on but I can concur this is a 3 star KFC lol. Seems like they do a good business. I love KFC the one where we live Is great. This one is meh haha.
