Well KFC sports fans...here's the particular truth behind this local KFC store off of Sw 13th Custer/Sw Barbur Blvd they don't honor coupons from this local mailed add service. If you're signed up for this service you get a printed sheets in your mailbox each week. There was a coupon for bucket of chicken $15.99 it stated nothing about those stores honoring said discount! Had to pay full price..gezzz we're really sorry blah, blah and then to top it off, didn't receive what I ordered and it was cold! (If you're doing a takeout, check your order before leaving) Don't recommend going to this particular KFC at all!!!?

I came here an ordered 4 of the 2/$5 wraps. Specifically stated 2 spicy Mac and cheese and 6 regular Mac and cheese. The did not give me my complete order and at first said I could come back later to make it right which is what I chose as I was getting my kids in bed. Then they turn around to tell me my only option is to come back the same night. ?

Absolute worst employees. On 12/16/23 the employees were having a Christmas party in the lobby but still allowing pick up orders. They locked the doors and blocked off the drive thru and had a line of people outside knocking on the doors but did not acknowledge them. Not sure if the employee was intoxicated or just stupid but he messed up the order twice. Extremely unprofessional. Might be better to close for a holiday party next time. Does not seem fair to the customers paying for a delivery service or the people picking up orders relying on a paycheck.

Literally the worst KFC I have ever heard of. Drive through? Nah, wait 10 minutes for only one car ahead of you... Buddy bit into chicken piece and it was rotten, you could smell it from across the room.
My food (famous bowl) was barely warm when I got me food after waiting 10-15 minutes for it. My spouses food was dried out tenders. The worker at the register seemed like they didn't care that I was even there. I don't ever want to come back to this location.

I think I want a refund for this chicken sandwich because this came out looking horrible from the start. I want to know if I did something to someone in the kitchen, because this sandwich just seems stomped on. It was cold, sauce was all over the place and watery(which made it seem like someone REALLY hated me back there), and just was not edible at all. I couldn’t take not one single bite, and I really want a refund. I could’ve had food poisoning eating that sandwich; good thing I was able to smell the off putting stench that was evaporating tornado clouds through my nose. This sandwich was so bad that I couldn’t even get fear factor to even suggest it as a challenge my guy! I Lowkey could’ve saved five dollars instead of trying to commit unconsented suicide eating a chicken’s dead prostate. Since I almost died, I would love a refund or chef Ramsey himself making that sandwich because that’s the only way I can trust it from here again.
