It's really sad I used to love coming to kfc I always thought that they was good people that worked there that was caring compassionate people that looked out for their community late at night when they ready to close they would hand out the food that was left over but lately they stopped doing it and I was just informed just now that there was a Hispanic lady who worked there that helped out those of us that couldn't afford to buy food but I just was told she was fired for doing that. It's wrong it's not ok. They fired a lady because she didn't wanna waste food had people that needed and wanted it we are so grateful to her and all the ones that are like her. I'm sorry you was fired ma'am I wish there was something we could do to get you your job back or a better one even. You deserve to work somewhere so much better then there. I hope the best for you and your family thank you.

Good awesome. Service crappy. Went through the drive-through gave me the completely wrong order and I came back in to get my food and I’m now waiting because they don’t have what I wanted. No wonder you put in the wrong order the first time.

food was decent but the soda fountain was shut off for the lobby even though it was lunch time, and there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom even though you have to ask for someone to unlock it.

My chicken tastes like it was sitting there for 3 days old I sure do miss the day's where food quality mattered and customer service had certain amount equality to it . It's been a while since I came a kfc the last time I had it, it was the same thing. Just old dry chicken. It's a shame I grew up eating kfc, and remember it being so good. I don't know if I will ever go back. Maybe in a different country where food industries care about food quality 🤔

I went to the drive through to order my food purchased 2 of the 7 buck fill up. I was asked to pull around and wait for my food. Once received 8 minutes later the food was not fresh, or hit the lemonade was watered down . I called to tell the mgr on duty and she was rude., staff is rude. I haven’t been to KFC in over 10 or more years and I can continue to not go there. Rats running around the parking lot and ur treated like the environment on 122nd…I’m good! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
