Your night crew never want to make sure that customer service is a priority. Very lazy.. I’m not sure why you keep it open pass 10pm When 9/10 they never have what’s on the menu. If you want original chicken, theres never any wings or thighs. I don’t want a big box with only drumsticks or even a breast. Then want folks to pay full price. If The restaurant close at 12 why is there only crispy chicken left at 10? I get their closing at 12 but to lose money for 2 hours is crazy. This is not the first time this has happen.

We got there about 830p LT, and she told us that the lobby closed at 9Ok, not a big deal, while we were eating she told a guy they had pulled around fron the drive thru waiting on his order to be completed that the bathrooms were closed that they were fixing yo be cleaned, the lobby was closing soon6uu.. m of all HE WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER.......? hmmmThey hadn't been cleaned??? So therefore NO ypu can't use them?? WowAfter we were done eating I needed to use the restroom, then I was told NO because they had just been sprayed downLet me get this straightThe lobby WAS IN FACT STILL OPEN , BUT THE RESTROOMS WERE NOT BECAUSE it was too lazy to walk over with the key to unlock themShe was rude and blunt and didn't smile .not 1 timeThe place was ok on cleanliness, but not worth it to us to go back. It's ridiculous how paying customers are treated

Who ever thinks it's ok to serve this, needs to get fired. They act as if the cost of food is coming out of their pocket. Also Asked for a side of pickles and the drive through person refused to give us any because they didn't know how to charge for extra pickles.

Quick service and ensured my order was correct. Gave sauces (honey) before I could think to ask for them. Definitely did not act as though I only needed 3 sauce packets for 7 biscuits. Would definitely got to again.
Most disgusting chicken I have ever had. It wasn't fresh, and must have sat in the warmer all day, because not only was it dry, it was greasy. Even the potatoes were bad. I ate one piece and the rest went in the garbage because I couldn't stand to smell it. Go to Popeyes

The employees have a bad attitude, the talk to you like if you were asking for free food. And it takes for ever for them to notice that you are there trying to place and order. If they do not want to work they shouldn't show up.

Spicy chicken sandwich and fries were very good and freshly made, besides some fries were too salty, I enjoyed my lunch here and would recommend for something delicious and quick.

12/17/13 4:25pm I went thru the drive thru and placed an order. The lady who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Not even able to solve my order I just said thank you! and she turned around and shut the window. I think the distric manager should fix this kind of situations. If you don't like your job, don't work there and don't treat costumers with that bad attutude.
If I could give no stars I would. I will never go back to this fast food place. The customer service was absolutely awful. I was a paying customer and just needed to use the restroom! Not only was the front register employee very rude about me needed to use the restroom she made me buy something first before she let me in the restroom. I get u may have rules because of people taking advantage of a restroom but being absolutely rude about it….completely unnecessary!! While I was walking out I witnessed this woman being rude and threatening a homeless woman who was doing nothing wrong! She was just standing there trying to eat her own food. Talking trash to a homeless person is so disgusting! I’m sorry but I can’t support a company that treats the less unfortunate like trash. I’m not ok with it. Customer service is garbage!!
