Mac n cheese was dry like it had sit for awhile.Chicken was saturated with grease. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good and so was the biscuits For me personally when I tell a service worker thank you and they don’t even acknowledge me I find it very disrespectful. I should have known something was wrong when they had the food ready 30 seconds after ordering Usually this store is good food but I guess they wasn’t busy enough to keep the food fresh

I ordered in drive through then was told at check out that I needed to wait by the front door for our meal. We waited out front for 15 minutes before I went inside to see them packing everyone’s but our order! I stood there watching them for 5 more minutes before they packed mines!
We ordered the 40$ meal and 2 chicken little sandwiches. So on the way home we took out and started eating the sandwiches. My boyfriend turns to me and says oh there’s a bone I told him there isn’t bones in it he takes it out to find a sunflower seed shell! I called them on the way back and was still waiting for a manager as I walked into the store where I hung up!
Said manager stated that the sunflower seed shell must be from the bakery they get bread from! And I asked him are you really trying to say no one in your store eats sunflower seeds?! He then only wanted to refund my chicken littles but come on who would eat what’s in the bag after finding half eaten sunflower seeds in one thing?

Well, their door says that they're open until midnight but they are also closed and it's 8:35 p.m. they say it's because their bathrooms need to be cleaned but they're cleaning their equipment and not cleaning the bathrooms. So which is it? But their food is okay, especially their macaroni bowl which is especially good. But I guess they just don't want to make money tonight

I always love the chicken. I had the actual meal deal and sat down so I tried the mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. Coleslaw great, potatoes are probably instant (too smooth not to be), gravy was pretty good and I ate the potatoes because of it. I didn't care much for the biscuit but the butter and honey made the difference, so I ate that too. Endless soda which was great while I sat there. I'll always go back for the chicken and drink.

The store was close. We used the drive thru saturday december 14 2024 8:42 pm. The spanic girl that was attending was really rude, we did not understand wath she was explaining to us. We try to ask her. And she act like she did not care . When we told her that she did not need to be rude. She rolled her eyes and close the window. And move her head in order for us not to see her name. It was a long name starting with. A.

For the location it was pretty good. Food service clean dining area and for 122nd Glison that was nice. I haven't had KFC in decades but for some reason I want chicken.

We love the chicken it is great it the service it is just frustrating to order here we go through drive thru and there is not a lot of traffic there and we always have to repeat our order like four times we says can we get three of your two piece meal and a half gallon sweet tea and they go ok one order of two pieces we go no we want three of them and we go back and forth till finally we say ok you have a two piece chicken for five dollars right they go yes then we say ok give me three of those then they go oh ok and start laughing and then we get to window and pay they hand us out food and go thank you and we have to say excuse me our tea we need hot sauce as well and I wish they would give us more then one packet of honey I understand honey is expensive but really one packet I'm not asking for ten or twenty all we asked for was four more and got told it in the bag and nope one packet . Food is great just the service is all we have a a problem with
