I would have gave 5 stars but the girl working the drive through on 12/15/25 was really rude when I drove up to drive through window to pick up my order I ordered online she gave me a bad attitude and rudely said I have to come inside to get my order. Which is ridiculous people order online to go so they don't have to go inside and no one else was in the drive through so I didn't see what the problem was. She could have said it a lot nicer as well. I guess it's popeyes next time thanks kfc.

Hey, if you've been to KFC, you know my experience. We go every week for our favorite specials. And sometimes we break out of that pattern and get the full meal deal (big bucket and fav sides). Predictable food, probably fattening (altho I haven't gained any weight, go figure), and always a happy pleasure. You can eat in, but we always take out. Enjoy it whatever way suits you.

Every time I go to this location they run out chicken. How is your name KFC, but you keep running out chicken? The staff is extremely rude and are usually clueless about the deals the restaurant is advertising.

The employee threw the food at us. We caught it on camera and made a live post. The lobby was closed, made us go through the drive-through and would not service us in the drive-through. Was supposed to be ready at 9:07 and was not ready till 10 o’clock. After they took our payment. Said no refund then through the food at the car

It was not a great experience. The chicken was all dry and seemed old, and the mayo on the chicken sandwich tasted like it was left out in the heat. The drive-thru girl was very nice

I stopped by at 9:45 p.m. to order a Classic Sandwich through the drive-thru. The store closes at 12:00 a.m., so I expected regular service. However, I was told they didn’t have the sandwich. I then asked for some tenders, and they said they didn’t have those either. I asked what they did have, but I couldn’t understand the response, so I decided to leave. When I got home — just a few minutes away — I placed an order for the same items through the KFC app for pickup at the same location. The order was accepted and ready within 10 minutes, so why was I told those items weren’t available in person, but then allowed to order them online right after? This feels like a lack of respect and poor customer service. If the store is open until midnight, the full menu should be available and consistent — whether I order in person or online.

They posted free items if you spend over $10 bucks. But they don't care to give you the free items. Not the best KFC to order from. Try another one. Because I have not received anything from this one yet. Good luck.

Just bought a 8 piece tender meal, they forgot the fries and Mac which is the only thing I believed my granddaughter would like , I called and the manager said bring back what u did not order and we will give u the items they missed, wow I was the only one there inside and now I have to go all the way back fir nothing but what I ordered..kfc is gone down hill and the manager was rude and disrespectful, but yet they charge high prices, me Popeyes looks better. Steve
