The employee threw the food at us. We caught it on camera and made a live post. The lobby was closed, made us go through the drive-through and would not service us in the drive-through. Was supposed to be ready at 9:07 and was not ready till 10 o’clock. After they took our payment. Said no refund then through the food at the car

It was not a great experience. The chicken was all dry and seemed old, and the mayo on the chicken sandwich tasted like it was left out in the heat. The drive-thru girl was very nice

I stopped by at 9:45 p.m. to order a Classic Sandwich through the drive-thru. The store closes at 12:00 a.m., so I expected regular service. However, I was told they didn’t have the sandwich. I then asked for some tenders, and they said they didn’t have those either. I asked what they did have, but I couldn’t understand the response, so I decided to leave. When I got home — just a few minutes away — I placed an order for the same items through the KFC app for pickup at the same location. The order was accepted and ready within 10 minutes, so why was I told those items weren’t available in person, but then allowed to order them online right after? This feels like a lack of respect and poor customer service. If the store is open until midnight, the full menu should be available and consistent — whether I order in person or online.

They posted free items if you spend over $10 bucks. But they don't care to give you the free items. Not the best KFC to order from. Try another one. Because I have not received anything from this one yet. Good luck.

Just bought a 8 piece tender meal, they forgot the fries and Mac which is the only thing I believed my granddaughter would like , I called and the manager said bring back what u did not order and we will give u the items they missed, wow I was the only one there inside and now I have to go all the way back fir nothing but what I ordered..kfc is gone down hill and the manager was rude and disrespectful, but yet they charge high prices, me Popeyes looks better. Mac n cheese was dry like it had sit for awhile.Chicken was saturated with grease. Mashed potatoes and gravy was good and so was the biscuits For me personally when I tell a service worker thank you and they don’t even acknowledge me I find it very disrespectful. I should have known something was wrong when they had the food ready 30 seconds after ordering Usually this store is good food but I guess they wasn’t busy enough to keep the food fresh

I ordered in drive through then was told at check out that I needed to wait by the front door for our meal. We waited out front for 15 minutes before I went inside to see them packing everyone’s but our order! I stood there watching them for 5 more minutes before they packed mines!
We ordered the 40$ meal and 2 chicken little sandwiches. So on the way home we took out and started eating the sandwiches. My boyfriend turns to me and says oh there’s a bone I told him there isn’t bones in it he takes it out to find a sunflower seed shell! I called them on the way back and was still waiting for a manager as I walked into the store where I hung up!
Said manager stated that the sunflower seed shell must be from the bakery they get bread from! And I asked him are you really trying to say no one in your store eats sunflower seeds?! He then only wanted to refund my chicken littles but come on who would eat what’s in the bag after finding half eaten sunflower seeds in one thing?

Well, their door says that they're open until midnight but they are also closed and it's 8:35 p.m. they say it's because their bathrooms need to be cleaned but they're cleaning their equipment and not cleaning the bathrooms. So which is it? But their food is okay, especially their macaroni bowl which is especially good. But I guess they just don't want to make money tonight

I always love the chicken. I had the actual meal deal and sat down so I tried the mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. Coleslaw great, potatoes are probably instant (too smooth not to be), gravy was pretty good and I ate the potatoes because of it. I didn't care much for the biscuit but the butter and honey made the difference, so I ate that too. Endless soda which was great while I sat there. I'll always go back for the chicken and drink.

Completely unable to place a pickup order on my phone. Since the location doesn't carry any of the promotions even when you cancel said items, will not let you place your order!
