I politely ask for thai green tea, with the sweetness of Thai ice tea. Also, include alternative milk. Which then the owner of the food truck suggested coconut milk. She handed my drink, "I don't really know how to make it. Taste it and tell me." I've mistakenly took that as caring so when I tasted it I can taste a spoiled coconut milk. 30minutes or less than turns to this. She should be shut down for giving out spoiled milk. Like what's that even doing in your fridge?! I care about my health and if you do to. Who else knows what this lately can put inside a drink/food.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Portland and are both big fans of Thai food. We spent quite a bit of time on Yelp searching for Thai spots before deciding to walk to the nearby Midtown Beer Garden Food Cart area to check out the options. After wandering around and weighing all of the delicious looking (and smelling!) options, we both opted for Khob Khun Thai Food. He ordered the Spicy Basil with Chicken, medium spice level. I opted for the Garlic Pepper with Shrimp, spicy level. While we were waiting, we grabbed a cocktail from the onsite bar and pretty soon after our food was ready. We sat in the communal seating under the tents and dug into our food. I love spice, so I found the spicy level to be perfect. My boyfriend loves spice too, but it was a bit much for him, so medium was the right call. Both of our entrees were flavorful and the portion sizes were perfect. This Food Cart area is perfect as it has something for every palate. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!

KHOB KHUN IS BACK!!! I've been so sad since they were forced to close due to remodeling of the property they're placed on, but THEY ARE BACK! I've missed them so much. Honestly in my opinion, they have the BEST, FRESHEST CURRIES AROUND! MY favorite is their red curry. Beautiful coconut taste, great portion size, all of the above. I take the trip for them, because they're worth it! Best around I swear.Vegetarian options: They have tofu options for curries and other entrees! Also some deeeelicious fresh rolls with tofu in them that comes with a peanut sauce!

Been coming here for years and as long as this cart is open it will be my favorite Thai food in portland! Best pad kee mao, the noodles are always consistent and cooked perfectly while most other places overcook the wide noodles making them soggy. Not to mention the people who work there are always so kind

Great Pad Thai. Quick food. Decent Price. Little spendy but it's downtown.

Thai iced tea was watery.I’m sad. I walked almost 10mins on my lunch break specifically for Thai iced tea, and the cart closer to my work was closed.Really good deep fried potstickers (they’re kinda small ones, not large potstickers)The crab Rangoon is good too. Just wish the Thai tea was a much stronger brew
