The food is great and the prices are fair and customer service is great, couldn’t ask for more.

Veggie burger was slathered in mustard. Just way too much. It ruined the sandwich. Fries were good, as was the beef burger. Server was efficient and worked hard to make sure customers had good service.

The team here at this location is fabulous. Marco is wonderful and great at their job. The service is quick and made with care. The burger is perfect. I switch between the classic and the bender. Both are so good. Also, not for nothing, the fries are ideal. Always cooked to perfection withe right amount of crisp and salt factor. Tremendous. I get them with the spicy g sauce which is a sweet and spicy mayo. So good!

Killer burger is a great spot to get a well crafted burger especially the Russell st location!

Many thanks to the team!

I enjoyed my gf burger and fries. I'm not confident the fries were gluten free since they have a coating or that my burger was dairy free though I said no cheese. I wish there was a plain burger priced lower for those of us who can't do cheese/dairy or pork (bacon) since normally these two things are pricey to add to a burger. Staff insufficiently verse in ingredients and helping allergy sufferers. Since I'm sniffling a couple days later, I'm worried I ate dairy or gluten.

This location uses so much salt I felt a 2nd heart attack coming. Kids no need for salt at all. Let the customer salt their own food. Hamburger was horrifying. So overcooked and salty...yuck. Your burgers taste completely different than the original KB.

Best burger in Portland, in my opinion. And the fries are killer too!
