Vegetarian options: According to my friends and family, the veggie patties are very good.
Dietary restrictions: You can get gluten free bread and they are open to any modifications for no dairy. I can't eat onions and they have a no problem leaving those off.

The guy working the night shift running the front register it’s not very friendly on the phone or in person. I also watched him be unfriendly to a food delivery person. Everything just seem like a big inconvenience. I’m not sure why there was only like five people in the whole restaurant. It definitely brought an unfriendly vibe that I’ve never experienced at any other killer burgers. It definitely wasn’t the Portland experience that many people love about this city

We showed up at 4 pm at the Russell location with a group of 22. The killer crew pushed tables together, took our orders, and had us out the door to the Winterhawks game in 50 minutes. Great job

Amazing food and Rev the employee there was absolutely amazing! He was soooo friendly and greeted everyone that came in with a huge smile. We need more people like him in the world! Place was clean and food was awesome. Highly recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, easy parking and lower tables with moveable chairs on the other side of the restaurant.

Definitley one of the better food places I've been to, burgers stay juicy, fries are crispy and well seasoned but sometimes the buns are cold so you probably should ask them to heat them up. The workers seem glad to work there unlike other places.
