Great burgers with unique options. The beer selection is good. Service is friendly and helpful.

Vegetarian options: According to my friends and family, the veggie patties are very good.

Dietary restrictions: You can get gluten free bread and they are open to any modifications for no dairy. I can't eat onions and they have a no problem leaving those off.

The guy working the night shift running the front register it’s not very friendly on the phone or in person. I also watched him be unfriendly to a food delivery person. Everything just seem like a big inconvenience. I’m not sure why there was only like five people in the whole restaurant. It definitely brought an unfriendly vibe that I’ve never experienced at any other killer burgers. It definitely wasn’t the Portland experience that many people love about this city

We showed up at 4 pm at the Russell location with a group of 22. The killer crew pushed tables together, took our orders, and had us out the door to the Winterhawks game in 50 minutes. Great job

Wheelchair accessibility: We had one motorized chair and went great
