It's marginal at best. Dingy and definitely in need of a good cleaning. The sandwiches are OK but the teriyaki is the worst I have ever tasted. Microwave meals from the freezer section are better...
5 stars for best value in Portland! You don't see many of these large to-go containers crammed full these days. This place also has a bunch of cheap lunch specials and American sandwich and burger options.

I been coming here for two almost 3 years best subs and best burgers deal so far , you really can't beat this place and the sweet old lady is just omg can't describe how nice they are
