Good food, but the Swiss cheese was processed and they used bacon bits instead of real bacon, the quality was lacking. However, it is affordable and the food was good, just not great.

This used to be a nice place for a relaxing, tasty breakfast. This morning, my elderly friend and I went there and we were served by a young man who needs to learn that yelling at us and rolling his eyes is an inappropriate way to interact with his elders who were politely trying to order a meal and be patient with him. I'm not going there for a while at least, possibly ever. We'll see.

The biscuits and gravy were bland and the gravy was horrible. I payed extra for cheese on my Denver omelet and it barely had any. Needless to say we won't order from here again.

Nice friendly staff, clean restaurant, fair pricing and just overall great service. If you're looking for a classic American breakfast this is a good option.

Boyfriend is a chef and he said this was the best chicken fried steak he has ever had. My food was also fantastic. A really good old school diner. It also has awesome prices especially for Portland. The staff was so kind and tentative. 10/10 would recommend.

The breakfast here was bland and unseasoned. The eggs literally had no flavor, waffles were extra dry, sausages were worst than regular store bought, and even the hash browns had no flavor. You're better off ordering from Denny's or fast food. They also don't allow reviews on online ordering sites like Grubhub because the food is so bad.

My daughter has to have gluten free items to eat, they have several on menu the reason that they got our attention!! Omelets are huge so bring an empty belly!! Just a bit on the slow side but good food!!

Kings Omelets has been around NE Portland for some time and we finally got around to trying it. Honestly, I was unsure what kind of atmosphere we would walk into (due to location and neighborhood), but it's really a nice little establishment. We ordered through Uber Eats for pick up and it was easy and ready super fast; We did two orders of French Toast, and the veggie omelet. So good. Oh, and the hash browns were actually cooked to perfection- in my opinion- nice and crispy. Our food was delicious and hot, and the workers were really nice. Will be back again. Small parking lot and does fill up fast.

Very easy to drive by breakfast and lunch spot between NE Halsey and NE Weidler streets. Small parking lot, decent prices, homemade food and reasonable prices. Family owned and family run. Friendly staff serving locals and retired folks enjoying a quiet meal in a welcoming environment. I drove by this place for about 10 years before giving it a try. I'm glad I did and now I'm a customer for life. Thanks Kings Omelets!

Ordered a BLT and shrimp basket online thinking it'd be good because of a smaller restaurant? WRONG The shrimp basket had 7 fries as if it was picked over! BLT was below average! 32$ down the drain.

Love this place, food is usually really good, but it has its days of not so great food. The staff and owners always make you feel special. Mom and pop resturant, need to keep them in buisness.

I walked in to this family owned restaurant a couple days ago on my way out of an appointment at the gateway medical office nearby. The interior is lovely and unpretentious, and despite it being my first time there the staff were just as friendly and welcoming to me as to the group of regulars that came in a short time later. I ordered the Spanish omelette. Their omelettes are priced for 2 or 4 eggs, and my Spanish came with crepe-thin, high-stacked layers of egg filled with peppers and salsa. It was delicious, and priced very fairly. Their hours are abbreviated ATM, and the restaurant is easy to miss driving by, but I had a wonderful experience here.

This is the neighborhood restaurant but that welcomes everybody that comes in and with very pleasant service and good solid food. I highly recommend the vegetarian asparagus omelette with a little bit of good Hollandaise sauce on top of it good not great but good hash browns. Tasty pancakes
