Walked in, put $20 in poker machine, bam, hit a royal flush, then a straight flush! My hubby and his friend that lives nearby always are winning here also. Atmosphere is pretty chill, and nice bartenders.
Checks all the boxes: beer selection is satisfactory, food is tasty and quite generous, and service is prompt but not overbearing. The atmosphere is compromised by too much light IMO.
RE-RATE 2025: The hours, portions, and pours are generous. Very much a dive, but they reliably pour what I think is Portland's best beer: Occidental Kolsch.

I came in late night and ordered some food and they Told me the only thing that was working where the deep fires so I ordered some french fries these were the absolute most disgusting french fries I’ve ever tasted I worked in a lot of restaurants and I’ve never Made fries that terribly I don’t drink so I’m probably never coming back here It’s probably not that big loss for them considering they cater to the biggest drunks Who blow $500 a night on alcohol.
